“Store is always clean and the staff are nice and give great recommendations for food or drinks if you are unsure of what you want. Annie was sweet when she made my surprise drink bc I didn’t know what I wanted and it was really delicious. The bacon croissant sandwich was also good and was fresh. Would definitely go to again.“
“I recommend Dunkin tho I do not recommend the Dunkin located at 1975 Hendersonville Rd Asheville, NC. I went through the drive through and wanted to try something new-the matcha latte. I normally get a sm decaf hot coffee with three cream and two stevia. Once I purchased it I tasted it. I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and both the cashier and manager ganged up on me telling me if I ordered it I have to deal with it. The manager did not offer to replace the value of my matcha latte. I’m not sure how she even landed a position in management? I’m not sure if she even cared about delivering quality customer service! I demanded for at least what I normally buy. The manager kept referring to me as “honey.” I have been serving within the banking industry for over 20 years and care to do the most that I can ethically and lawfully speaking for my customers and when I can’t I give and show my empathy. I didn’t give a good survey and I equally phoned corporate. My hope is that no one else is treated as unkindly and as unfairly as I was.“

The young man at the window said you paid for our order because you seen the Marine sticker on the truck.. Thank you! Really appreciate it..
