A welcome respite from all the cookie cutter chain dumps where you're lucky to receive either good service OR good food. Yanas has both, everything you would expect from local folks that care.. You can sense the positive and warm energy immediately, and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention waitress Holly, who possesses those qualities in abundance. Kudos”

The menu included many Staples you expect to see but also a variety of unique dishes. I had a spinach and strawberry salad along with a mojito. both were delicious. can't wait to go back to try more items. I also wanted to give an extra shout out to Tess and Eric from the kitchen, who personalized a dessert for me for my birthday. it was gorgeous and delicious. They went out of their way to make my birthday lunch special.”

“One of my favorite shops in the area. I have visited a few of these nutrition shops since stumbling across this one.They have a great drink variety and shake variety. Staff is great. Very upbeat! Cost is in comparison with other shops. If you are complaining that $11 is a bit much for a meal replacement shake.... well, all I can say is you can go to any fast food restaurant and pay way more than $11 for a meal that's not the least bit healthy. These shakes are amazing! My fave shakes ... Dirt Cake and Carolina Puddin'. My fave teas... Blue Hawaiian and Surf Shack.”
