Ordered their Zensation salad and cheddar bites. Both tasted good, but... severing sizes for the price were very disappointing.For just a little more, a much better salad can be had at Applebee's, with a size a good bit larger. Just came through and got our drinks with no straws and had to pull up to wait on the food. When she brought it out we asked for straws and she said they we're "currently out of straws". We looked into the dining room and everyone had straws so my husband went in to get them and couldn't find the woman to tell her to stop lying just so she doesn't have to walk in and out of the store when she really needs the exercise anyways.

my sister in law and i went to zaxby’s around 9:30pm. waited 30 minutes on our food, which it was a bigger order so we were okay with waiting a little bit but at 10:00pm we finally get our food and we were missing a whole meal and our drinks. we called just down the road when we realized. they told us we could come back and get our drinks but they were closed now and cannot get us our missing meal. we go back and they wanted to take our whole order back to make sure we weren’t...read full review
