Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great service at the drive through. The food is good, hot, fresh, and correct. The employees are very friendly, respectful, polite, and helpful. Customers received all their extra sauces in the bag. However, the dining area has issues: the floors are always sticky and it doesn’t seem like they clean the tables properly. The lobby was a little unkept. One visit was a perfect example of a restaurant running under the current administration, with beautiful chicken tenders. Another visit had a problem when a customer showed up at 10:25 PM and was told any order placed will take 30 minutes to get since they are closing at 11. Despite this, one customer will never not wanna stop in.
