“The baked goods are house made and very good. They use Counter Culture coffee and I’m not a huge fan of fruity coffees. This bakery does ‘Amish style’ baked goods so I was really looking forward to trying them but also peeking inside of their culture a bit while in the store. Although the staff is friendly, no one seemed to explain the menu items, greet customers, and so forth. Even though the owners were there, they didn’t engage with customers or create the sense of community I thought they would have. The food is good, but the atmosphere is a little uncertain and uncomfortable, esp if you’re by yourself. I recommend this place to try, but it’s no where I would go twice.“

“I've been coming to Flower's Bakery for years. The bread is fresh and much less expensive from the grocery. Today, I brought a loaf of Nature's Own SF bread , mini donuts, and a box of snack cakes ($1.50 each). It was less than $5, or about what I would spend for a bread loaf at the grocery. They often have holiday themed items that are hard to find. I saw fruit cake, pumpkin spice donuts, and popcorn balls, to name a few.“

“For an Italian place in North Carolina, it’s actually pretty good, especially the pastry section. The food is an adaptation, but it’s not bad at all. We had eggplant Parmesan, a focaccia, and an aragostela.

“I saw this business at the NC STATE Fair on yesterday and stopped by to ask a question, I walked away with the BEST white wine cake, that I EVERRRRRRR had! The cake was moist and the flavor was flavoring! Scott was very nice and very informative. This business is going places just watch! And did I mention the FLAVOR? If I could give 100 stars I would. Very pleased.“

“Service was excellent! Autumn spice mile was perfect and not too sweet! Matcha was made well. Paradise peach iced tea was refreshing. We had the tarts de Santiago, mixed berry danish, almond horn, and the death by chocolate brownie and all were exceptionally well made. The tarte and brownie were gf and both were amazing! We had someone in a wheelchair and easily got her in and there was room inside as well while being easy to navigate.“

“Best homemade Hummingbird cake I have ever ate. You can tell it is has everything fresh in it. The fruit to the fresh pecans and spices oh and that homemade cream cheese buttercream icing is out of this world good. This is my place for good homemade fresh cakes from now on. Oh and the price is so good. 40.00 for a three layer. Everyone else charges around 60 to 70 dollars. The best customer service. If you come in they are right there to serve you and so friendly. The most friendly place I have been too.“
