“I've read the (other) reviews and totally agree, usually Wendy's disappoints. I don't feel right blaming only Wendy's. Since moving to NC I have noticed that care & customer service, in regards to fast food, is astonishingly lacking.

However, as someone used to leaving and/or reading negative reviews, I am happy to announce this is not that! Yesterday I made a trip against my own will, a request by the wife, and was amazed. It felt like an entirely new Wendy's. I was in and out of there, via drive-through, with my food in about 2 minutes, maybe less. I also need to mention there was two cars ahead of me.

Once I saw the two cars I was sure it was going to be a minimum of 10 minutes waiting. But all of us seemed to immediately place our order, pay and receive it, as if the food was waiting for us.

It was honestly a great experience and I hope that when I return again I can experience the same. Keep up the good work!“

“It's a McDonalds, nothing fancy. It was busy on a Tuesday night at 9:00, so there was a wait, but not to bad. Troutman McDonald's is a whole lot better than the other ones around. I would go to Troutman McDonald's before I would go to the other ones.“

“I always forget how good Red Robin is until I go back. Food is excellent, bottomless sides are a terrific idea (even though we didn't need the refill this time.) Our server Chase was very attentive, but not pushy, very energetic.
Music wasnt too loud, so we could still hold conversation.

“I love Buckos fish Friday. So today I had my fish sandwich turned into a wrap to lose some bread. Light lettuce and light tartar. It was the bomb!! Lettuce added a little extra crunch and Buckos tangy tartar set it off in that wrap. It was a big flounder burrito. Will be my go to when I want fish now !!! Thank you guys for always making food hot, fresh and amazingly tasty!!“

“Incredible! So many gluten free options, marked clearly on the menu. And FANTASTIC gluten free key lime pie! The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

“This is the second year we hosted our neighborhood holiday party at Shoals Grill. They have updated the private party room which was a nice surprise. We had a group of 50 people and the service and food was great. Andrew, the event manager, and our bartender were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. “I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“

“As guests of the motel upstairs, it was awesome to find out that there was not only on site dining but live music for both nights of our stay. The restaurant is casual enough to dock and dine but also very welcoming to a family looking to spend a nice night out together. Both nights the music was awesome and enjoyed by all young and older. The food was really tasty. The menu has basic options but we went for the Caribbean inspired dishes. Service was kind, drinks were strong, vibe was perfect and prices are very reasonable.“

“Hard to beat the value of a Cookout tray, but it does feel like they are upset at me for being there and ordering every time that I go. Great outside seating, food was hot and the milkshakes are very good, would just love a little bit of a culture shift to the bare minimum for customer service“

“Stopped by Sunday night around 630. Staff had just seated a party of 20+. Despite this we had excellent service the entire time! Staff was lively and fun. Manager checked on us throughout our meal. Food was really good! Pretzel bites and beer cheese was a win for the whole family, as well as burgers and fresh chicken tenders for the kiddos. Will definitely come back soon!“

“Got a grilled Chicken Sandwich tray with 2 sides of slaw, Extra tomatoes.
I wish they would stop burning the edges of the chicken, But I don't suppose that is possible. and a cheerwine. All for a total of just $9. Put the slaw inside the sandwich for a Carolina Classic burger! My big Pitbull dog got a healthy part of it! 🤠 🤠 🤠“

“My husband and I stopped here to grab brunch on August 1, 2025. Hubby had the big steak omelet with pancakes. I had the sirloin tips & eggs with crispy potatoes and subbed in a slice of french toast instead of getting the pancakes. Our food came out fairly quickly. Everything was cooked to our liking and hot. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were tidy. The best part of our visit was our waitress, Liberty. Liberty was so pleasant and attentive. She was an absolute breath of fresh air. I noticed how well she took care of all of her tables. She was kind and attentive. She does her job quickly and efficiently, most importantly, with a smile and the best attitude. She was even kind enough to listen to me ramble on about couponing. Lol I highly recommend visiting this Ihop if you happen to be in the area. Hopefully, you'll be as blessed as we were to receive such outstanding service.“

“This is the Hardee's that we generally choose to go to in our area because the food normally is very good. As far as the service goes it always seems as if they absolutely do not want to take our order and it is a big inconvenience for them to take our order. Which actually is a positive because this limits the amount of times we go to Hardee's we would go way more if we felt like we were welcomed and they wanted our business so we rarely go out to eat for breakfast which saves us lots of money.“

“The cheeseburgers here are the best in the world and they're big too! IMO They are so good. Every time we're in town we stop and get a burger and fry. We always eat in car under canopy. The one time I went in I wasn't thrilled by the lady at the counter but that won't stop me from eating their burgers.“
