“As long as captain d's has been in business it seems like you would give your customers the best service you can offer and why wouldn't you have sliced lemon for the food if asked and tarter sauce without the extra charge especially when you order the large and or platter instead of just one tarter and one shrimp cocktail “
“There are not many fast food places to eat in wadesboro North Carolina. There is too much attitude because the workers are young with attitudes. I'm actually afraid to eat in most fast food places because of the young staff. They just don't care! I don't know if it was my timing but Arby's staff seem more experienced and caring of customer satisfaction.“

“Very disappointing this evening at Wadesboro, NC Subway on Caswell Street! Subway coupons received via mail border on being useless. There is a paper sign on the glass where you place your order instructing you to show your coupons prior to ordering....I mentioned to the sweet girl taking my order that I had coupons but she didn't respond to that statement in any way....just went on to take my order. At checkout, when I attempted to use my coupons, she stated that there were only a few select subs that the coupons would be accepted for (even though coupon states "any footlong". This is the 1st time that I have not been able to use the coupons. I understand the coupons state "at participating" Subways; however, this is the 1st time they have not been able to be used; evidently current management made this decision which, in my opinion, is poor customer service! I then wanted to use the coupon for a free 20 oz drink with purchase of "any footlong" but, once again, was denied the use of the coupon as stated that it had to be one of the "management approved" subs in order to use the coupon! This situation was out of the hands of the sweet girls that were working this evening & I understood that; however, management may need to rethink the issue of customer satisfaction.“
“Stopped by on the way to the at almost 9pm. Staff was friendly via speaker and at the window. We ordered a spicy chicken and single. Both items were made correctly with the chicken having light mayo. Both items were hot as well as the fries!“
“Stopped here after a day at the dragway. Staff got orders up in no time. Super friendly and the cleanliness of this BK was amazing. Clean inviting and the food was actually really good. Whoever is running this location knows what being a great fast food BK is all about“
“I stopped in this Taco Bell on the way to the beach on a Thursday evening to get my bean burrito fix. There were very few cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive through. I sat at the drive through speaker for about five minutes before my order was taken. The young man who took my order was very nice and cordial. I had to pull around the building and park in the parking lot to wait for my food to be brought out to me. Fortunately, I did not have to wait long for my food, unfortunately, the bean burritos were not what I was expecting. I have never had a bean burrito at a Taco Bell that included potatoes for some reason it just did not taste the same. I did get a bonus however, they were about 100 packets of hot sauce in the bag.“
“After having stopped at 3 other fast food restaurants while passing through Wadesboro and not getting any food, walking into this Popeyes was a welcome experience. You could tell that they were trying to catch up after having a evening rush, but the front counter service was friendly & polite and the food was very fresh. The other places we had stopped were all very rude, dirty, and in one place we stood at the front counter for 15 minutes with no service or acknowledgement at all. So walking in to this Popeyes and having excellent service was a huge relief! I wish I had gotten the cashier's name to thank & acknowledge her properly. We visited on Tuesday night, 2/21/23. Thank you for treating your customers right!“
“Went in because I had 2 orders. Was told that I'd have to use that new kiosk thing because they didn't have a register open. I'm sure I'm like others and don't know how to use one of those...so ended up back in my car in the drive-thru. I honestly believe if your restaurant is open; you should have at least one register open for customer service. But the staff was super friendly and gave great service.“
“This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST Pizza Hut in the land!!!From Union County to Mecklenburg County and back to Lancaster County(SC) These workers really put their hearts in their jobs never gotten a dry or burnt pizza and their customer service is phenomenal this particular Pizza Hut is the Chick-fil-A of Wadesboro NC!!!!“
