“I'd like to give a HUGE thank you shout-out to Mackenzie, the manager of y'alls Waynesville North Carolina location. Stopped in to grab lunch today because I'd just received a new coupon in my email..long story short, it ended up not working on the site to redeem, then finally gave me an error and wouldn't work at all after multiple attempts (that she and another co-worker both witnessed lol.) She went ahead and figured out another way to do the discount for me, without any questions whatsoever!
I just wanted to make sure she gets some sort of recognition for that, since most places wouldn't go the extra mile to do anything nice for people these days.
As a long time server & bartender, knowing exactly how the hospitality industry works, those small things are appreciated more than anything.
The food was delishhhh today as well.. we'll be back soon, thank you again Mackenzie!
