“Our favorite local sub shop!!!! We eat here almost every week and sometimes multiple times a week. The staff is always amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend. The gluten free bread is fantastic.“

She’s always positive,and has excellent interactions with all her customers,knowing some by name. “I'd like to give a HUGE thank you shout-out to Mackenzie, the manager of y'alls Waynesville North Carolina location. Stopped in to grab lunch today because I'd just received a new coupon in my email..long story short, it ended up not working on the site to redeem, then finally gave me an error and wouldn't work at all after multiple attempts (that she and another co-worker both witnessed lol.) She went ahead and figured out another way to do the discount for me, without any questions whatsoever!
I just wanted to make sure she gets some sort of recognition for that, since most places wouldn't go the extra mile to do anything nice for people these days.
As a long time server & bartender, knowing exactly how the hospitality industry works, those small things are appreciated more than anything.
The food was delishhhh today as well.. we'll be back soon, thank you again Mackenzie!

“I normally wouldn't leave a review for any sort of food chain. However this Subway is incredible. The food was the freshest I've ever seen. Literally the tomatoes were even ripe all the way through. The guys behind the counter were so friendly and had my whole family laughing and in good spirits. More places should drive to be just like them. Keep up the great work guys!!!“

Asking for sandwich recommendations, I met an energetic young employee, who goes by “Biggun”, and he made me his personal favorite. This guy is passionate about his job, and he’s very good at it. Biggun deserves his own named sandwich, and this place deserves your business.“
