Just have been at this subway and I never saw that someone can work that slow. The worker with a name Michelle was working so slow…. In the line of three people, I was waiting for my sandwich for literally 30 minutes. So disappointed.
DJ was the one who prepared our food and we loved him!!! We needed the laughs and he needs a raise Mickey Mouse clubhouse style!
Workers here are very poorly motivated thus my sandwitch was made very poorly, if you don't like your job go get another one. Not stoping at this Subway ever again.

However, during busy times, such as at the truck stop in Waynesville, there can be long waits, and limited options like only one type of bun and few veggies may affect the experience. Overall, the restaurant is praised for its quality and friendly service, making it a place worth visiting.
