“Best hotdogs around !!Stopped by today and got a couple of hotdogs and BBQ sandwich, also Navy beans and sweet tea. I like to get mine lightly dressed to cut down on the sogginess and to bring out the hotdog taste. The Navy beans come with either rolls or a side of hush puppies, who doesn't like hush puppies, they were great. The jumbo sweet tea is homemade to perfection. Service is quick and accurate, the staff is friendly and helpful,and the prices can't be beat. You can tell that whomever is back there cooking the food loves what they do, you can taste it in every bite. I plan on going back soon to try one of the blue plate specials and the delicious looking pie.“

“EVERYTIME I'm in Roanoke Rapids I'm always there. Breakfast an or lunch maybe even both. I've never seen any places that hv grill cheese and Jesse Jones hot dogs on the menu. My favorite is their fruit punch becuz it taste like kool-aid. No long wait line is the kicker 5 stars for “

“PLEASE HONOR THE SPEED LIMIT. The parking is convenient. Consider the employees and customers on the parking lot. When leaving a parking space, it's a bit difficult to see an oncoming car or the car that's backing out. They are always busy, but if there is a wait for food, it's worth it. Sonics is the only place I am aware of that gives the customers a perk during 2:00pm - 4:00pm, its HAPPY HOUR and drinks are half price. Perfect time for that Route 44 drink or milkshake on a hot day. During MY visits, service is ALWAYS awesome! "Enjoy!"Kid-friendliness: Play area with parental guidance. Can order from playground.Wheelchair accessibility: At the end of parking, dont have to back out. If the way is clear can drive straight out of the park.“

“Their burgers are very good, and I love their chilli hot dogs covered with onions. It is one of the few places in this area that has raspberry tea in their fountain drinks. Raspberry tea is in all the food places in CA, but as you drive east, the further you go, the less raspberry tea you can find being served. Very clean place and the employees were all nice. There is a drive through and also plenty of parking spots. Right on hwy 158 and lots of other places to eat all the way down this stretch of hwy through Roanoke Rapids, NC.“

“Ima be straight up with you. If you can’t make it to this particular Hardees In Gaston NC, it’s best you go home and cook. I have yet to find another Hardees that can match this one. I get food from here, it’s how it’s suppose to be. I go to other Hardee’s and the food is cold and taste like it was cooked before I arrived. I’m typing this review right now from a Hardees in Rocky Mount NC wishing I was In Gaston where my meal would have been correct. I tell them I want hot fries and they cook them Hot with no hesitation. I can’t explain why they can always get it right and EVERY other Hardee’s is garbage.“

“A must try place for juicy burgers, amazing thick shakes and delicious sides of onion rings, cheese bites, and hush puppies! I ordered the tray meal that came with a hamburger (I had steak style for my hamburger), onion rings, cheese bites and substituted my drink for an Oreo Carmel Shake. I was told to try the hush puppies so I got a side of them as well and they did not disappoint. It’s not a sit down location but it does have fast window service and great price for the amazing food that you get!“
