“The closest to authentic neopolitan pizza your gonna get in south charlotte. Friendly and efficient staff is always a plus. We always enjoy a Margherita with sausage and occasionally try the seasonal specilas. Fresh garlic and other condiments are available to enhance the included side of marinara. Pizza could go lighter on the salt would be my only input. Arugula salad and homemade dressing is awesome. Gelato is not overly sweet and had great texture, wish they brought vanilla back. Look out for the daily specials on beer, wine, or Gelato during the week.“

“As a pizza lover, I need to say… for all the pizzerias around, this one got me as the best so far. The variety of options for crust flavors make me feel like, I have to try them all. And the bread appetizer was perhaps the best part of the meal! Everyone should order it, as it's freshly prepared and quite exquisite. Only qualm was the noise level. Our table was sandwiched between two business dinners, and the dueling conversations were quite boisterous. Simply carrying on a conversation at our table of four was challenging.“

“Celiac? Gluten sensitivity? This is your place. Living with Celiac or having a gluten intolerance is frustrating by itself. It becomes much more frustrating when you go to a restaurant and you tell the server your issue, and they look at you like you're an alien from another planet… or worse… get frustrated with you. I've lost count of how many places I've had to walk out of because I knew just from speaking to them that it wasn't safe for me to eat there. That doesn't happen here. Not only do they have plenty of gluten-free options (which are well labeled on the menu)... But the staff also seem to be well trained on how to handle the questions that we may have. I had a server specifically ask me one time after I ordered a gluten-free bun if I was Celiac…that has never happened before…anywhere. (I've been here enough now that they pretty much all know without me having to even say it anymore, but that's beside the point.) The staff and owners have always been extremely friendly whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and it's just an overall great experience for us every time we go. It means a tremendous amount to be able to sit down at a table and not really worry about how I'm going to feel 30 minutes after I leave because someone in the kitchen or the server themselves doesn't understand how to handle my food after I tell them my issue. It SHOULD be this easy everywhere, but those of us that deal with it everyday know that it's not. If you're looking for a place that serves great food, with staff that understands what it means to be careful with cross-contamination and what you're served, this is your place. “Wow! I cant express what great customer service we received from this Marcos! We just had a terrible experience at dominos and were unable to receive our food. Immediately we called marcos to order and they were more than willing to help us even though they were getting ready to close. When i arrived they gifted us with our pizzas! It made our night after traveling 10 hours from Fl and arriving home. The pizza tasted amazing and we are now forever customers! “Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). The only thing I have to say is the small arcade is not at all reasonably priced. Other than that I have no complaints.“
