“The pizza and bread sticks were very good. The inside dining was fairly busy and our server Miss Destiny was really nice and was able to keep up while also answering the phone for call in orders. It was a little chilly inside but we had light jackets and sweatshirts to wear.“

“Huge shout out to your workers last night! When I arrived to pick up my order 1 driver was in the store picking up delivery orders & 1 worker making the pizzas! She was by herself handling all the orders and apologized for the wait. When customers came in she let them know their order would take a while as she was by herself. She had a great attitude and enjoyed doing her job.“

“We went to the Battersea Power Station branch on a Wednesday evening and were pretty excited as it was our first time at this (or any other) Gordon Ramsey restaurant. We liked the concept and atmosphere and the pizza was worth the money. However, the service let the whole thing down - huge waits for drinks, a dessert and our bill (despite polite reminders). When we then said we were unhappy to pay the 15% service charge automatically added to the bill as a result of these issues, it took 3 tries and 2 people for them to charge us the right amount! We ended up the only table left, very tired and keen to leave, but still trying to pay the right amount.“

“We stopped in for lunch after an eye appointment in Sylva. The server was attentive to our needs and took good care of us. We did note some food crumbs in the booth seat we sat in and the seats were needing some repairs as there were tears in the bench. Our food was delicious and was almost as ordered, I don't eat raw onions and requested that they be left off of my sandwich, however when I received my sandwich it was loaded with red onions. I picked them off and ate the sandwich rather than complaining.“

“I recommend just going! Period! You’re not going to have a bad meal regardless of your order. I have been visiting this specific restaurant for 4 years and I’ve never had a bad meal. Me personally, I love the entire menu and have a hard time choosing what to order each visit. My most recent visit was for my birthday July 2024 and I cannot thank the manager, John enough for such great hospitality and for making sure every detail of my birthday dinner was at its finest. My waiter was Edwardo and his charismatic temperament made for an enjoyable evening. Service was impeccable and the food was simply a masterpiece. “We had burger kitchen and pizza kitchen at the Gordon Ramsey food market. Both were delicious, however it is unfortunate that there aren’t any healthier options. The build your own breakfast sandwich and dessert options at G/R Bake & Brew, also very good. The Reese pie, tastes like the candy itself but creamy.“
