I’m sitting here watching the manager give a new employee orientation to two employees with one guy making orders and also cashing people out. Currently about 10 people in line, 3 waiting for takeout. Manger just plugging away like nothing matters. As a former restaurant manager this is pretty pathetic. The guy doing the orders by himself did great given he has zero help. Not his fault.
As I’m writing this, there are 12 people in line and 3 take out orders waiting.
This restaurant used to serve consistently good food but the last 3 visits it has been lacking flavor. I’m sure you guys are in survival mode and have to take the employees that you can get, and I don’t even care about the service right now. But when the food lacks seasoning and salt it needs, I will drive the extra distance to another store to get it. What is a chain restaurant if not consistent?
