“This is my first Potbelly experience because I am traveling for work and we don't have these in my area. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I am a big fan of a good website that makes ordering easy and quick, so for me that's half the score right there. Then when I went in to pick up the food was ready and the staff showed me the shelf where I could just grab and go, so I'm already a huge fan because I travel so much for work that I love a place that let's me get in and out quick. So as far as I'm concerned that's already 5/5 before I even tried the food. I got the chili, broccoli soup, and a powerhouse salad. All three items were delicious! I was super happy that by the time I got to my hotel and went to eat the soup and chili were still very hot which I dont see very often with most takeout. Also the price was really decent for the quality of the food. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, or 60. Thanks!“

That being said, what is a sandwich? Defined, it is something put in between two other similar or same something's that is different than the something in the middle. While that vague definition seems to leave a lot of options open, what you'll find when it comes to the sandwich world is there are staple offerings available at any respectable sandwich eatery. And then there is the way Jersey Mike's does it. While other places sandwiches are good, Jersey Mike's are great. Placing their take on the field in a world of its own. They are innovative enough to make your mouth water at the mention of their name, while true to the classics as to remain recognizable for what they are- a great place to get a delicious sandwich the way you like it. It just so happens more often than not Mike's way is the way you want it. The smell of oil and vinegar mixed with the fresh cut onions is divine in the strangest way possible. I have yet to be disappointed after receiving a sandwich from Jersey Mike's, but I am sure it is possible that they are not perfect all the time. Jersey Mike's just gets sandwiches right, and they keep it simple by focusing on getting simple really right. Side note, their cookies are better than bad, their good. Eat Jersey Mike's- I do.“

However, this place...the workers are NOT friendly by any means. They need to upgrade definitely to save their jobs, which I'm sure they don't care, they always have that look on their faces like they have NO care in the world. I'm sure some of them do, but the ones we see don't so. They need to start hiring better customer service experienced workers, you get customers to come back. I actually have started finding other places to visit to eat now because of their rudeness. But the food could be fresher and better prepared so it's the workers, not the actual food itself.“

“I popped into this hidden gem in between a nearby wedding and reception, simply looking for the pick-me-up of a cup of coffee. Instead I ended up with coffee, beignets, and a cinnamon sugar donut. The shop had plenty of space to spread out and relax, with newspapers and even board games making it someplace you felt welcome to stay. \n\nThe woman working was welcoming, pleasant, and quick. She had fresh beignets made for me in under 5 minutes (and I swear there were more in the basket than she said would be!). When I ran short on time and had to leave, she had my items boxed quickly. The coffee did the job, but the beignets were the real pick-me-up I didn't know I needed! The donut kept well until coffee the next morning and was light and fluffy despite being a traditional cake donut. With all the coffee shops on Front Street and 2nd in Wilmington, I'm glad I stumbled onto this one a few blocks back from the river!“

“Tameka was the manager/employee who greeted me upon walking in. She greeted me with a smile and light conversation. She didn’t mind serving me one bit! We discussed the differences in specific menu items at different restaurants etc etc.

“The family stopped at Cookout, after being at the beach All day.. We had to place two separate Orders, and all Six of Us, were Absolutely FAMISHED.. Its kinda hectic trying to get all Six of our oders, but *The Cashier* taking our oders was very very patient and so sweet and kind!! He never once caught a Attitude with us.. He was Very Helpful and Understanding, SO Professional and Absolutely Knowledgeable of his JOB!!!! If this Guy isn't a Supervisor or Manager yet, Whats the hold up?? He absolutely Deserves a Promotion Or Some type of Pay increase... He was SO GREAT and SOPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!“

“This Taco Bell is incredible. The first question they have asked me time to time in the drive thru is "How are you?" No other drive thru has done this. This shows an immense amount of empathy in their establishment. They supply absolute fantastic work but also 100% consideration for their public needs. I recommend them. The restaurant was super clean, service was great and the food tasted so good.
I feel like Chipotle has been hit or miss the last few years but this experience was definitely a hit.

It could be because I just always assume they are short staffed and don't expect it in a hurry. I laugh with the staff and will not go to the other BKs in town.
