“The food was good. Jaimie, my server was lovely. But who in their right mind does not turn the heat on before customers come in. This morning it was cold outside and around the same temp when I sat down inside. I’m shivering. I see all the staff shivering, while they have to take care of the place. This is torture for anyone working here. To the manager and GM, do better. Treating your staff this way is not just wrong, it has to be some sort of violation. To the sweet staff, I’m sorry they treat you this way.“
“Best place to go! Service was amazing and food was hot. There was a lady running around cleaning, taking food out, putting people at a seat that came in, everything. She was walking around talking to everyone and when she got to us she asked if everything was great and if we needed anything. We talked for a minute and I asked to speak with her manager because she was doing so much and wanted to let someone know how wonderful she was doing. Come to find out she said she was the manager Samantha. I told her it was nice to see a manager who works with her staff in every way and that we would definitely be back when we are this way.“
