“You got to remember this is the mall so it was a little pricey as that rent is expensive. The food itself was good and they gave really good customer service they were very friendly. Glad to see them trying to make something there as that food Court's tough.“

“I really enjoyed the foods there! their phos are very tasty, but when it come to customer service that lady has a double standards she treats people how she wants to, when i arrived there she did not greet me at all i got ask if i am picking up a order i told her no she grabbed the menu and threw it on the table i stood there because no words was said to me, then i proceeded to sit, however another couple came in she was super nice to them, Again double standards! Their foods were steaming hot meanwhile mine was cool. I will not recommend this place because of how that lady treated Black folks. 🤦🏾‍♀️“

They ensure not only are the customers satisfied with the food, beverages and services- they also help sponsor the community and provide outside support for adaptable resources. The gluten free chicken fried rice is my favorite.“

“The food is great but the young lady tht runs the cashier has bad customer service. She made a big deal about me asking 4 white sauce tht never came with my food. I had 2 leave my job 2 come get a condiment tht should have came with my food. Mind you the food was delivered via door dash. I had 2 go 2 my car ,& get the food 2 prove it came from kimono. her attitude could/should have been better. I even offered 2 buy the white sauce. Again The food is gr8 but this experience will make me try the other local Japanese restaurants. I often recommend them but no longer. Customer service can make or break a business.“
