Burger King in Winston Salem

“We placed a mobile order for the drive-thru. When we arrived we noticed it was very busy, despite the crowd, the lady named Gale on the drive-thru was very friendly and transparent about the wait time. It was short-staffed and Gale managed to handle the drive-thru crowd as well as the dine-in crowd by herself. She was exceptionally kind and generous. She was very professional and put us as the customer first. We were very pleased with this staff member named “Gale”.“

“I have never been to this Burger King before so I looked up reviews before I went. So I’m back to post a raving review! I ordered the impossible, because I’m vegetarian, and a medium fry! The drive thru was a reasonable wait time. The food was fresh. I checked my order in the parking lot it was right and very hot. So I drove home, about 5 minutes away. Got inside. Unwrapped and it was delicious! I almost drove back to get another one and another fry!!! Probably the best Burger King I’ve ever had.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to get around and they have air-conditioned dining“

“The food was good hot in frash and good the Customer service was good in the food came out good but the last time i came to this burger king the last time in it was Dirty in the inside but its clean now i will give it a 4 star

Parking: Its was opening parking spots for everybody

Kid-friendliness: Its kid friendly“

“When we went, they were not busy. Went through the drive thru, the food was fresh, and the fries were super hot. The guy doing the intercom was definitely multi-tasking bc he said, "Go head with your order," and then he yelled something extremely loud! Then I ask, "What?" He then repeated, "Go head with your order." We just giggled and thought it was entertaining. Then there was no ice bc apparently the ice machine was broken. All in all not bad.“
