“We placed a mobile order for the drive-thru. When we arrived we noticed it was very busy, despite the crowd, the lady named Gale on the drive-thru was very friendly and transparent about the wait time. It was short-staffed and Gale managed to handle the drive-thru crowd as well as the dine-in crowd by herself. She was exceptionally kind and generous. She was very professional and put us as the customer first. We were very pleased with this staff member named “Gale”.“

“When we went, they were not busy. Went through the drive thru, the food was fresh, and the fries were super hot. The guy doing the intercom was definitely multi-tasking bc he said, "Go head with your order," and then he yelled something extremely loud! Then I ask, "What?" He then repeated, "Go head with your order." We just giggled and thought it was entertaining. Then there was no ice bc apparently the ice machine was broken. All in all not bad.“
“The food was good hot in frash and good the Customer service was good in the food came out good but the last time i came to this burger king the last time in it was Dirty in the inside but its clean now i will give it a 4 star

“This is honesty the best Burger King in Winston-Salem. I would like to acknowledge the very kind employee that helped me find the Scooby-Doo character toy on 9/19/2025 tonight. He wears glasses and is very kind. I forgot to ask his name but he is the kindest employee that I’ve met at a Burger King in Winston-Salem. I hope he gets a raise because every other Burger King employee would not help me find the Scooby character with the meal. But he deserves a raise! Thank you kind sir 🥹“
