Worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Although we were seated immediately with no wait, we were largely ignored. It took over 15 minutes to take our order, another 15 minutes for drinks, and an hour after being seated we still had no bread, soup, or salad.
We were told the kitchen was backed up due to a large to-go order for a bus of students—likely called in advance—which is not a valid excuse for the lack of service or communication. There was not a single apology.

This is one of the worst places to eat in all of Winston Salem. I’d recommend eating a dead rat from the side of the highway before going to Carrabba’s. Wow an “Italian” place that can’t even make spaghetti. Highlights: terrible service, food taste like Jeffrey Dahmer made it in a sewer!
The food! The bread, the salad and my favorites either the Pollo Rosa Maria or the Chicken Marsala.
