The food! The bread, the salad and my favorites either the Pollo Rosa Maria or the Chicken Marsala.
I'm not a big fan of Italian restaurants, but I like Carrabba's.
Excellent dinners. My husband got the eggplant parm. Generous eggplant that was a little crispy on the edges just how you like it! I got Fettuccine Carrabba. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. Mushrooms and fresh peas, that tasted like they just came out of the garden, completed the dish.
Our waitress was Abby. She has helped us before, and she is a delight. She is so cute and so personable. Please give her a shout out from us!
