“I got the Cheesy Beaut and fries with Bossy Sauce via DoorDash tonight - I’m in love. The chicken? Delicious. Well seasoned. The house made pickles on the sandwich? Delicious. I’ll probably stop by to buy some at some point. The fries? Delicious and crispy. The Bossy Sauce? Well I didn’t know it had red pepper flakes in it since there was no description of the flavor or anything and I don’t do well with spicy stuff generally BUT I pushed through it anyway because the sauce was that good. This was my first time ordering from them but I’ll be recommending them to everyone.“

“Slappy's Chicken Slaps! The chicken is super crunchy and sauce is out-of-this-world good! It's a perfect mix of BBQ and hot sauce. Slappy's Chicken is the definition of a hidden gem and is worth the wait. This establishment is normally lined out the door and down the sidewalk. The sides are all phenomenal, especially the Mac and cheese.

“The owner and operator of this location, Ross Parrish, is friendly and very active in the community. When he was having this location remodeled to keep up with the high demand of customers he frequently posted on their Facebook page the progress and kept everyone informed of when it would reopen. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to be courteous and friendly. The food is always great. The Chick-fil-A ONE mobile app is useful and their rewards program is valuable for regular customers. The only problem I have with the app is that I never receive the updates about free rewards offered by the managers of the locations I frequently visit. I did receive free offers for a year and a half, but haven't received any in over a year now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still don't receive them. But the rewards program is still valuable for earning rewards for purchases you make. The ability to order in the app and use the mobile drive thru pickup means you don't have to wait as long in line at the drive through as those who don't order ahead of their visit. If you know and love Chick-fil-A food then you will not be disappointed by this location. I prefer Chick-fil-A over Popeyes Chicken, and even though they serve more people at Chick-fil-A the wait time is always less than it takes to get through Popeyes.“

“Yes, Chick-fil-A has changed, or shall I say their hiring process has changed. My granddaughter put in an application for a cashier's position, during an interview-for- hire event, but was told she was told " they would call her to let her know whether she had gotten the position or not." She was not one of the chosen! You may see 1 or 2 blacks working; and I have yet to see a black operator here in Winston Salem, NC. I also, submitted an application for a kitchen manager position, but received a message via Indeed, "I was not one of the chosen! I have worked for Chick-fil-A for ten years, and have an associate's degree. Where is the diversity, Chick-fil-A? I had the honor of meeting Mr. Truett Cathy before his passing, and he personally thanked each and every employee in the store for our hard work and commitment. His representation and admiration for what matters (equal employment) sticks with me to this day. Moreover, I would rather spend my money where I,we, us, can have equal employment opportunities.“

“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. Thanks, CFA, for saving the day!“

“Just wanted to compliment the management of the Hanes Mall Chick fil A. We didn't feel like our food was up to their usual standards; kind of had a funky taste. We told them about our concerns and they listened! They replaced our sandwich and confirmed that yes, the oil was scheduled to be changed. Thanks Chik Fil A!“

“This is one of the best grocery stores in Winston-Salem. We love Jordan and everyone in the Beer Den, Vicky in the Bakery, and Chasity over the Community Table. There are so many unique things they carry that you just can't buy in any other stores.“

“I didn't like the Zaxby salad that I got. The chicken eas on top with coleslaw slaw then lettuce on bottom. However, they loaded the salad with thick teriyaki sauce. It made everything talk yuck. Won't get it again.
However, my grandson got chicken wings and tenders with fries. I tasted the fries and they were really good as well as a generous amount. He said the chicken was delicious. So I will try it next time.“

“First time I've been back since they rebuilt and I love the new building but the food wasn't that great today, even though there was a line around the building as usual. My favorite go to Chic Fil A is the one in Kernersville. The chicken strips tasted like they kept them heated, not as crispy fresh and the mac and cheese was not as expected. The new layout is easier for drive through and to get in and out of the parking lot.“

“The food was great. The chicken was crisp and moist. However, didn't have that zing like it once did. And I ordered it spicy which was shocking. But still a good experience.

Dietary restrictions: Church's isn't where you come when you're dieting. But when it's a cheat day. 😜

“We only order through delivery apps so no idea what the restaurant is like in person. The chicken is incredible. We get the spicy recipe. It's always fresh/HOT. The flavor is so good, goes through the chicken and doesn't stop at the skin like most fried chicken. It's juicy. And the pieces of chicken are huge. Not to mention, crispy skin like its supposed to be. I won't waste my money on fried chicken from anywhere else, it's always disappointing. This location has never let us down.“
