Dunkin' Donuts in Winston Salem

“This Dunkin' took over an old gas station so it has a really rather strange setup that is rather neat. You have a lot of outdoor patio seating. Service was top notch even though we misunderstood each other getting a dozen. Ended up with 18 as the employee was very gracious. Donuts were not warm but they were good.“

“Went through drive thru with a co-worker. we both got large lattes & I love Dunkin always. This one does not disappoint with the food either. The bacon is cooked to perfection. I got the snackin bacon & she got a croissant. 10/10 recommend. Service was fast, very kind and order was accurate.“

“The girl working looked to be by herself. She was kind, efficient (for being the only one who I saw making drinks, taking orders and making them) and had a smile on her face while doing it. She made the best coffees! I wish I had gotten her name. I was there today around 3. She was amazing and we appreciate her greatly!“

“I visit this store frequently. The service is better than most Dunkin' Donuts I visit, fast and friendly. The store is well-maintained, even though it is obviously not a newer building. The food meets expectations, but every now and then, an element of the food is off or missing. Like seasoning missing from bacon or a wrap is a little cool in the middle. I've tried most of the menu. Overall, this is a dependable place for breakfast or a treat.“

“The crew that was onsite the afternoon of 1/12/2025 was awesome!! Excellent customer service, nice smiles even though weather was inclement outside, and I just really enjoyed the visit.
