“Ok, I am not much of a deli-guy, but when we ordered ahead of time, there was NO wait! The food was EXQUISITE! The quality of the products, the meat, everything was awesome! I recommend the Tuscan Italian Wrap, and I also recommend their chips! Their chips and desserts are quite good, so be sure to stop by Jimmy John’s for any occasion!“
“After banning Jimmy Johns at Hans Mall I decided on giving this location a try. I have been here a few times and they serve way better sandwiches. Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.“
“Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.“
“I order from this Jimmy Johns - probably a little too often - typically because it's closest to my job. They're always incredibly fast getting my order to me (seriously, I try to track it and they still end up getting here before I expect), and my order ALWAYS comes correct. To be fair, I do order the same exact thing every time - but at this point it's almost like they have my order ready for me before I even order LOL
The delivery drivers are always very kind, and I've never had any issues with this location. Definitely recommend for a quick and affordable lunch option :) I almost always have leftovers for later in the day as well.“

Got the beach club and it had on slice of turkey barely and avocado and tons of cheese, I pad almost $9 for a cheese sandwich, horrible I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.“
