“I ordered at drive thru around 4-4:15pm 12/27/24. I got exceptional service from ladies at the window, all super beautiful, I could hear them complimenting me while I waited a super short time for my food. Got a double baconator. Even the food preppers/cooks deserve five stars. That was the juiciest, fattest double baconator I have ever had. The whole team had a hand in starting my night off at work right. Thank y’all so much!!!“

“I got some Wendy's coupons in the mail. Used one and they were not sure how to process it and I waited for 10 minutes to figure it out. The young lady at this Wendy's process the coupon instantly plus she was super duper friendly/professional. I ordered 2 Dave's Doubles & somehow they were ready in about two minutes, plus were hot and delicious. Thanks“

“I purchased the $8 two cheeseburger/bacon special. For the money, Wendy's makes a good burger. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The onion was crisp and the soda machine with goo-gobs of flavors were all on-point.
While I don't purchase fast food on a regular basis, Wendy's is my GO-TO for decent dare at a decent price.“

“I pretty much always expect the food at this location to be kind of room temperature, and I think that is every Wendy's (after a certain time anyways)
Breakfast even is at times. What I will say is that my order was correct, I did a mobile. My sauces were in the bag, I honestly think they gave me a medium instead of small fry which I, hey, I'll take it! Food was correct, she poured my drink at the window so it was fresh and I also had a frosty and it was fresh and not melted. So, I have up'd my previous 1 star to 4, for now...what I will say, the freshness of the food still needs improvement but at least I have a toaster oven for the fries...and luckily for me, regardless of where I tend to be a "re-heater" anyways. But yeah if I wanted to eat the food right then as soon as I got it, it would need to be microwaved, or toaster oven or something (if you wanted it crisp still for the nuggets and fries). If you know you aren't going to be busy, don't sandbag too much!“

“I stopped here while working actually; some side gig-economy work. I really enjoyed the staff and the light-hearted young ladies who worked here that shift (Sunday Night 08/24/25). I tend to try to amplify the mood when I walk in a place that I can tell is open or welcome to such; and they indeed were. I began joking and having a playful fun banter when surprisingly I thought (without asking) the register attendant said my full name upon the time for payment. My name is Patrick Clark, but what she was actually saying was “Cash or Card” (which, if you say it fast in your head notice the phonetic (sound) similarity 😅). She laughed and welcomed her coworker into the joke who was making a frostee. I commented on how the coworkers frostee looked better than the photo (it actually did) and she solidly upsold me challenging me to purchase one when she said “If you think it looks good you should taste it, I make em better than they normally come too!” Can you pass up a smooth sell like that? I don’t think so! The confidence, the in-on-the-joke, on-your-toes transition. If that young lady made a decision of it, she’d have a natural talent for sales in general. The food itself (I’m going to continue with candor here lol) was just meh. But the service and atmosphere really sold me and pushed this from a 3 ⭐️ to a 4 ⭐️ for me! Great job ladies!“

“I hit this location on lunch frequently as it’s by my office. I won’t say Wendy’s is the best burger I’ve ever had but I can say the gentlemen named Kendrick in the drive thru has kept me coming back. He’s always nice, quick and seems like a hard worker. I hope y’all take care of him, a great employee like that can make an average visit special.“

“I was doing door dash and I purchased an oatmeal bar. The manager noticed the ones displayed weren't fresh enough so he baked some more, without my knowledge. Once he informed me I was surprised because they were pretty busy as well. It's always great getting a fresh product so kudos to the manager for a great experience. I didn't get his name but he was a black man with dreadlocks. Very professional and patient with all of the guests that he served. Great experience!!!“

“My husband and I are traveling and stopped at this Wendy’s. The employee said there would be a 4 minute wait and offered us a free frosty. They were out of chocolate which is what I asked for so I asked for vanilla with caramel and he brought both me and my husband huge frostys and extra fry when our food was ready. Excellent service. He really went above and beyond!“
