“I ordered at drive thru around 4-4:15pm 12/27/24. I got exceptional service from ladies at the window, all super beautiful, I could hear them complimenting me while I waited a super short time for my food. Got a double baconator. Even the food preppers/cooks deserve five stars. That was the juiciest, fattest double baconator I have ever had. The whole team had a hand in starting my night off at work right. Thank y’all so much!!!“
“Yall telling me I got to drive all the way out here to WS to get the best wendys?? So first, wendys my favorite fast food. Second fries cooked perfectly and FRESH. Third, nuggets cooked perfectly and FRESH. Fourth, the chicken to the lettuce to the bun.. mm perfect and FRESH. Lastly, the customer service lol FRESH very welcoming and friendly. I had to leavea review bc whoever is running operations is making sure things are getting done properly. Almost forgot the Dr p! Bubbly and fresh of course. Thanks guys. Hate that I have to come all the way to WS to get good wendys but absolutely will. Good job to the team for sure!“
“I pretty much always expect the food at this location to be kind of room temperature, and I think that is every Wendy's (after a certain time anyways)
Breakfast even is at times. What I will say is that my order was correct, I did a mobile. My sauces were in the bag, I honestly think they gave me a medium instead of small fry which I, hey, I'll take it! Food was correct, she poured my drink at the window so it was fresh and I also had a frosty and it was fresh and not melted. So, I have up'd my previous 1 star to 4, for now...what I will say, the freshness of the food still needs improvement but at least I have a toaster oven for the fries...and luckily for me, regardless of where I tend to be a "re-heater" anyways. But yeah if I wanted to eat the food right then as soon as I got it, it would need to be microwaved, or toaster oven or something (if you wanted it crisp still for the nuggets and fries). If you know you aren't going to be busy, don't sandbag too much!“
“They have a phenomenal manager in the evening, she is quick, attentive and has amazing sanitary practices! Glad they changed management here, it's been a breath of fresh air! Your order will actually be correct and you'll feel valued as a customer. Go look for her, she's adorable and you can't miss her, she will be the one with the big smile!“
“I was doing door dash and I purchased an oatmeal bar. The manager noticed the ones displayed weren't fresh enough so he baked some more, without my knowledge. Once he informed me I was surprised because they were pretty busy as well. It's always great getting a fresh product so kudos to the manager for a great experience. I didn't get his name but he was a black man with dreadlocks. Very professional and patient with all of the guests that he served. Great experience!!!“

Parking: What is there to say there’s a big parking lot that wraps around the Wendy’s restaurant, so there should not be a problem ever finding parking it’s not always so busy that you cannot park.
Kid-friendliness: They are friendly and thoughtful of the children.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp for anyone who may need it on both sides, and there is also seating inside for the wheelchairs“
“Went through the drive thru it was quick and easy! Good was fresh, hot, and I ordered 2 drinks a coke & sweet tea both tasted so fresh and clean. I was actually shocked. Good experience with this Wendy's!
Parking: Parking was all open and has it on both sides actually almost around the whole building!“
“Their Customer Service Was Good. She Greeted Me With A Smile & My Food Was Hot & Fresh, It Was Also Clean For It To Have Been The Evening From Being Open In The Am. Their Service Was Also Fast, So Overall It Was A Good Experience There ☺️ I Did Have To Figure Out How To Use There Fancy Drink Machine 🤣 But I Definitely Like The New Drink Machine!!!
