A lot of the ingredients were locally sourced. The cocktails were top-notch. I got the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly and very tender. “Don’t go if you are on a tight time schedule. I ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of southwest egg rolls to go and I waited 30 minutes. One of the sandwiches was already made and we could see it in the cooler so I’m not sure what took so long. I thought surely the quality of food would justify my long wait but, I was disappointed. Chips were stale. Service was underwhelming. On a $65 tab I was offered a “sorry for your wait”. The coffee was delicious though“
