“Dottie was our server today and the service was excellent“

“I eat here often as I live 5 minutes away. Always good food and fast, friendly service. Today I placed a Togo order and had to wait to be handed a menu as I watched the lady at the register send a text message. I sat down and was not acknowledged until another young lady with braids came up to the counter and I said I was ordering Togo so she made eye contact with the blonde woman who literally said ok I'm sending a text... So I sat patiently as she finished her text. When she was done she looked up from her phone and asked if I knew what I wanted, I replied no then finally got a menu. Word of advice... Making customers wait while you tend to personal matters cost you. I would have been an easy $5 tip to make but I chose not to even leave my 10 cents change. I also did not receive a receipt. Sooooo yeah. I will say it sounded like she gave other people good service and was polite whenever she did address me. I just thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional to make me wait before receiving a menu just so you could finish sending your text message.“

“I had an excellent experience at Cook Out thanks to Abbie’s exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked up, she was welcoming, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly right, handled everything quickly and efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. What stood out most was how genuine she was, she treated me with kindness, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to deliver great service. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping.
It’s rare to find someone who provides that level of attention and professionalism in fast food, and it definitely made my visit to Cook Out memorable. Abbie is a perfect example of what customer service should be, and Cook Out is lucky to have her on their team“

“We live in Kenly but we go over & eat there all the time every thing is delicious hotdogs, HB , FF & homemade soup we love everything we have ever eaten there is great the man that runs it is super nice & friendly a lot of local people eat there DELICIOUS & very clean!!!!!!!“

“Unapologetically a bar. But a bar that serves outstanding f00d. If you have 30 minutes for lunch this is not for you. Everything is prepared fresh. But if you can relax for a few minutes with a couple draft beers you will be rewarded with a treat you won't regret.“
