“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“I don't get fast food often and it's been a long time since I did. I work at a family restaurant so I can pretty much get the cook to make me what I'm in the mood for. This being said in my mind burger time is the best. Food quality is amazing!!! I've been eating there since the burgers were 99cents. I've got a really bad cold and door dashed you thank you for the good food and merry Christmas“

“This was my first time ordering from Blaze. The food was delicious and the employees were super friendly when we stopped by to pick up our order. I was impressed with the prices to the amount of food we got. I will definitely be back to try out more of the menu!“

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Kindness indeed is free and spreading it by these small acts is awesome. Thank you, sir, for making my day too. I wish I had gotten his name!“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“I'll got to Joe's Cajun Cafe again, and again, and again. My kids love it, and they have several options that are safe for my kid who has food allergies to wheat, barley, oats, and rye, inter alia. The atmosphere is the food court at West Acres Mall.“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The atmosphere is very nice. My grandkids love the play area. Which is clean.“

“Food and staff were great. However, the parking here is limited and there is an unusual amount of high top seating. The seating area is already limited so it was strange to have the whole middle full of high tops. The parking was difficult as you either get one of 4 parking spots in the fron or have to walk across the drive through. Keep an eye out for vehicles!“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop for lunch the other day. The place was clean and the staff were polite, which I appreciated. The sandwich I ordered was decent — fresh ingredients and good portion size, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. The bread was a bit drier than I expected, but not bad overall. Service was quick, and the prices seemed fair for what you get.“

“I came here dreaming of a hearty pinto plate. What I got was a rice avalanche with maybe ten lonely beans sprinkled on top, like they were rationing them for the apocalypse. The flavor was fine, sure—but if I wanted mostly rice, I would’ve stayed home and eaten the bag in my cupboard. Watching the server scoop my “portion” felt like a hostage negotiation: one bean for you, one for the kitchen. At this point, I’m convinced the beans are mythical creatures—talked about, rarely seen.“

“Today I visited Sonic Drive-In, and there was a really nice worker named Momina who helped me. She was very friendly and kind to me. When I asked her for an extra ketchup, she went inside and brought me extra ketchups right away. It made my visit really pleasant.“
