“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Kindness indeed is free and spreading it by these small acts is awesome. Thank you, sir, for making my day too. I wish I had gotten his name!“

“This company hasn't let me down since they started and I dont see them stopping now. Lol GREAT service and fast. I got 60 nuggets and food for the whole family in a matter of minutes, its was nuts how fast they were. We went after monster trucks and it was a GREAT way end the night on the high note of Chick-fil-A! :-) Absolutely worth every penny i spent there.“

“First time going to 5 guys and wow I can't believe it's taken me so long! Def making this place our new fav! Amazing food, friendly, and at first we thought we made a mistake accidentally only getting one fry instead of two but holy moly one is def enough to share! Might have to go to small burgers next though cause way bigger then I expected cause I couldn't even get a whole bite in my mouth due to the size!! Love it!“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“I eat here often enough to have decided to stop in after a long day at work and they had a fairly long line at the counter. The gal taking orders was very polite and organised. All-in-all I think it was maybe 30min from when I walked in, to placing my order, to walking out the door with my order in hand. VERY FAST considering the busyness! Recommended!“

“The sign is super fun it has a little lobster on it heheh. Being for real though this is the only place I will eat in the Fargo mall because the food is just that good. Like if I lived in Fargo I would be a danger to their chicken supply. The staff is super nice and friendly. Also don't forget to try the wontons. You must try the wontons 😶“

“Real quick: this place does a good job with the food and the service. But when ever I ask for Mayo packets, I never get them and, instead, get ketchup packets (If I wanted red syrup, I will ask for that). Anyway, this is my only complaint, and this review is for their benefit more than anyone else.“

“Ordered the NY Steamer, it was good. What stood out was the friendly staff and how clean the restaurant was. The team was not only wiping down tables, but chairs and under table poles, I've never experienced that level of cleaning in a fast food joint around dinner. And it's not like they were cleaning up a mess, the place was just really clean.“

“I always enjoy the food at Arby's but unfortunately I never seem to get an employee that will greet me with a hello or even a simple smile. I get that maybe working fast food isn't your thing but I truly appreciate you!! A smile can go a long way. ?“

“Food and staff were great. However, the parking here is limited and there is an unusual amount of high top seating. The seating area is already limited so it was strange to have the whole middle full of high tops. The parking was difficult as you either get one of 4 parking spots in the fron or have to walk across the drive through. Keep an eye out for vehicles!“

“The kid at the drive through (short curly hair, taller kid) was very kind, we had a nice chat, the blizzards were very well made. Very nice experience! I’ve been going there for years and I will continue for years to come.“

“Qdoba saved the day! After another restaurant lost the catering order for my mother's 70th birthday party, I called Qdoba and spoke with the manager. She was helpful and friendly. They were able to put together catering for 15 ready to be picked up in less than an hour. It included food, bowls, serving pans and utensils, everything we needed. Thank you Qdoba for saving the day!“

“Always good food, order is always right. Fries are always hot & fresh. No matter how busy, the gal Brianna, always acknowledges customers telling them someone will be with them shortly. That is huge! Customer service is what keeps people coming back.“

“The employees working on 4/9/2025 at approximately 12:56PM deserve a HUGE raise.
I was in the drive through line for approximately less than 2 minutes. These 2 mins consisted of them taking my order kindly, giving me my change quickly, and handing me my food. All in less than 2 mins. There was even 4 cars infront of me! Give this staff a raise😙“

“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“
