Pizza Hut Express

I called to make an order last week that I would pick up after grocery shopping, about an hour from first call placed. With the new impossible sausage? Who wouldn’t want to pick up a pie or two instead of cooking after battling through Walmart? So I place the order, she confirms all my specifications (we are a hard order to forget. No cheese?!).

Ordered at roughly 6:15. Took 3 hours to arrive; wings were forgotten. Called about forgotten wings. No problem. 1 hour later, no wings, called back. Was told by the supervisor that they were not slated to arrive for an additional hour :: 5 hours after the original order was placed. This is apparently acceptable according to the supervisor (Shani), as "going out of order on tickets would confuse people."

I ordered pizza and boneless wings for carryout, when I got there I waited probably ten minutes before anyone came out (at least 10 people in the kitchen). paid for my pizza which the screen said was "cutting" and the guy didn't say anything..
