“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“The BEST gluten-free eating experience in the Fargo area! They have such a caring and patient staff that will make sure there's no cross-contamination for people with food allergies. They use new ingredients, have 2 gluten free crust options, dairy free cheese, and it's delicious! Can't recommend enough. (the picture looks a little cooked - but it's how I like it haha)

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. Kindness indeed is free and spreading it by these small acts is awesome. Thank you, sir, for making my day too. I wish I had gotten his name!“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

Only odd thing was overhearing an awkward staff conversation that was held in the restaurant amongst two employees. I'm thinking that kokf of conversation belongs in an office. “5 guys has always had some of the best burgers and fries in town. Always delicious and always a ton of fries. This time though, i felt shorted on the fries. Don't get me wrong, it was still more than enough for a meal, but I've come to expect an insane amount in the past, to the point I can use half for dinner the next day. Still super delicious, but what happened to the crazy fry portions!“

“Ordered the NY Steamer, it was good. What stood out was the friendly staff and how clean the restaurant was. The team was not only wiping down tables, but chairs and under table poles, I've never experienced that level of cleaning in a fast food joint around dinner. And it's not like they were cleaning up a mess, the place was just really clean.“

“Qdoba saved the day! After another restaurant lost the catering order for my mother's 70th birthday party, I called Qdoba and spoke with the manager. She was helpful and friendly. They were able to put together catering for 15 ready to be picked up in less than an hour. It included food, bowls, serving pans and utensils, everything we needed. Thank you Qdoba for saving the day!“

“I used to frequently visit this location before COVID. Yesterday I was in the area and decided to stop by. This place was SO busy but they were so efficient and nice. I continue to be impressed each time I order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Food and staff were great. However, the parking here is limited and there is an unusual amount of high top seating. The seating area is already limited so it was strange to have the whole middle full of high tops. The parking was difficult as you either get one of 4 parking spots in the fron or have to walk across the drive through. Keep an eye out for vehicles!“

“The food is incredible hard to believe it is fast food! The service is great! They are dog friendly and kid friendly! I didn’t used to enjoy fast food but they have changed my mind! You can order online on their free app and have the food fresh and ready when you pick it up! You can order in the stalls or on their patio that has such a cool atmosphere! The drive through is quick and friendly 20/10 recommend! Be sure to ask them about limited time promotions that aren’t on the menu!!!“

“I have been a potato Ole loyalist for 30 years, first time I moved away from nd in 2002. I was so sad to find out taco John's isn't a national chain and they didn't have any in the state I moved to. I literally planned trips to go have potato oles with nacho cheese. The churros are also bizzomb dank ? ? try em you won't regret it.“

“The employees working on 4/9/2025 at approximately 12:56PM deserve a HUGE raise.
I was in the drive through line for approximately less than 2 minutes. These 2 mins consisted of them taking my order kindly, giving me my change quickly, and handing me my food. All in less than 2 mins. There was even 4 cars infront of me! Give this staff a raise😙“

“I went to the Erberts and Gerberts in Moorhead. They have a friendly staff that'll go out of their way for you. They make good sandwiches here and they do it quickly too. Had one little misunderstanding and they made it right. Great staff and great service guys! Thanks for being here for us!“

I won’t admit how often we go there during the week, but enough to know that they are consistent in their quality and service. I didn’t know how much Moorhead needed a Jersey Mikes until they opened.
