“We came here on a whim and wow! Roc Hopper Brewing Company puts Syracuse on the map. I started with a flight of mostly pale ales and was so impressed with the quality and variety I had to try the rest.Their pale ales are all fantastic and I specifically enjoyed the sour pale ale. Their German style beers were spot on and reminded me of my time stationed there. Their fruited ales and hibiscus gose were all very flavorful and unique.And that's just the beer...I wish we had the appetite to try more of the food but we did enjoy the sausage pizza. All of the flavors were well balanced and kept me looking forward to the next slice. All told, we're looking forward to the next time we're in the area so we can try more of their food.The ambiance was very clean, crisp and modern. I stalked their Facebook while we were there and it looks like they recently renovated. The walls are decorated with one of the owners family members artwork, most if not all for sale. And for a quiet little town, the place was very lively. We're from the Omaha area and, hear me, it's worth the drive.“

“Really good fresh made pizza to order. You actually get to see them take the dough from a raw ball smash it out and toss in the air and cook your pizza in front of you. Fun experience. A little makeover on the outside of the building and this place would be hopping with people traveling by“

“I am lost for words. I had a terrible night and was greeted by a work named Nobel. He greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and caring for his customers. People talk about the best business is one that makes you feel at home. That is this place. Great shout out to Nobel, I don't want him to go un noticed. Thank you for your great customer service.“
