“Filipino adobo, chicken or pork, is one of my favorite foods to cook and order out, so I was excited to see a Filipino place nearby after moving to Bellevue. However I found the chicken adobo here to be particularly bland. I feel it lacked seasoning, particularly the garlic, vinegar and peppercorns which gives adobo much of its distinct flavor. I also felt the chicken could've been marinaded longer, or the sauce be reduced further to concentrate the flavor.

Adobo aside, the interior of the restaurant was nice and clean, prices reasonable for the quantity, and the people working the counter were nice. The pancit and lumpia were high quality, as were the coffee drinks offered. The service was also fast.

I would order here again, probably just not the adobo unless the recipe changes.”

“The food is always good. Today at lunch time they were short staffed. Waited 10 min to be taken to a table. Waited 10 min for the order to be taken and 25 min for the food. Based on today really don’t know if I will go back. The employees were very courteous,”

Jade Palace took NO responsibility for the theft and non-delivery. Referred me to Door Dash for resolution. Automated chat finally referred to to a human chat whose only response was just wait on a NEW delivery. Finally arrived (COLD) and leaking. Dasher had no control and just left. No recompense, excuse or apology.

Would NOT accept delivery from Door Dash again, especially from the Jade Palace.”

“One of those bars where everybody knows your name but if they don't they still welcome you as if they did know your name. That's not always said about non-corporate bars like this. It is cash only which I respect there is an ATM there if you only have your debit card on you. Drinks seem to be perfectly poured every time and the bartender is always attentive. There is also entertainment as far as gaming and other activities. It's nice just to go in there and have a drink or two they also have Keno... So I highly recommend if you just want a good drink with good service in a chill environment”

“I have been to this location a couple of times. Every single time it’s always been terrible.

However. Tonight I decided to give it another chance because my kids really wanted Wendy’s, I sent my husband to pick up our order.

Things were missing or messed up but the manager was absolutely amazing when my husband went back about the missing or messed up items!!! Fixed the problem immediately, and communicated efficiently. Let him keep the messed up drinks and remade the correct ones. I would say this was the best customer service from this location yet! Usually we don’t make a fuss about it, but I told my husband to at least make sure we have everything in the bags, he went back. Thank you so much Mr.Manager sir. We’ll be back!”

I'd go back for lunch or even dinner. They do have a breakfast menu that is available all day but I just stayed with the chicken burrito. The portion sizes are great too.”
