“Almost 2 hours for delivery of 2.1 miles. Apparently my order was taken and not delivered by the original Door Dash “Dasher.”

Jade Palace took NO responsibility for the theft and non-delivery. Referred me to Door Dash for resolution. Automated chat finally referred to to a human chat whose only response was just wait on a NEW delivery. Finally arrived (COLD) and leaking. Dasher had no control and just left. No recompense, excuse or apology.

Would NOT accept delivery from Door Dash again, especially from the Jade Palace.“

“I have been going to this Taco John's since our office moved to Bellevue and I will keep going there No Problem. They are as friendly as can be and they are super fast almost getting me back to work too fast, I always eat in their dining room. Good Food Good People what else can you ask for.“
