“This place, as always, was fantastic. I had never had Picklemans before moving here but it's become my favorite sandwich stop. I had placed a DoorDash order, on lunch as a driver myself, and DD sent my order to the wrong store, waiting precious time and potentially leaving me with no food and no break.

Worst part? I forgot my wallet, and had no way to pay at the store.

*angelic noises* enter DAMIEN and DANNY. I had told them I had a DD order, they didn't have it, but checked my app, CALLED THE OTHER STORE FOR ME, and made my food. They handled every aspect of making sure everything was above board, I was taken care of, and fed. Seriously, bless you, dudes. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I brought my nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, and when we arrived our hearts sank after seeing the height restriction for the playground. We completely understood why the rule exists, but I decided to speak with the manager. After a short, friendly conversation, they showed us incredible kindness and compassion by allowing my nephew to play.

That simple act meant more than they probably realize. In the past, we’ve encountered so many places that were unwilling to listen or show any understanding of our situation. To be met with empathy instead of judgment felt like a warm embrace.

Thank you to the manager and the entire team for treating us with such kindness and respect. Great food is easy to find, but genuine compassion is much harder to come by. We’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll gladly recommend this location to others.“

“I took my family of 5 here (2 adults, a 4yo, 2yo, and baby). We came at 4:30 on a Saturday to avoid the dinner rush since 3 little kids can not be the most polite guests at times. Service was great, food was great, and the ice cream board the kids get with their kids meals are so fun! We will definitely be back!

My only complaint is the floor was so extremely sticky. The restaurant was empty so when my baby got a little fussy, I tried to walk him around where we were sitting. My sandals were sticking so badly, the tops of my feet hurt from the straps pulling on them. I ended up walking around outside a bit instead. Then as we were leaving, my 4 yo tried to book it to the door (I don't allow running in stores/restaurants but she was running on an ice cream high or something) and her shoes stuck to the floor and she fell right on her face. Luckily she didn't get hurt more than her knee a bit and her pride, but it was so strange. The floor was uniformly sticky everywhere, not just in one spot. Not sure if it's always like that, but we will be back because everything else was great, and hopefully the floor will be fixed!“
