“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

“I've never had pho...heard all about it and I LOVE soup so I had to try. OMG! SO GOOD! the flavor packed in that light broth is out of this world 🌎. The serving bowl was nearly big enough to swim in! Though I'm confident I ate over half, but the leftover filled the to go container more than half. So perhaps you lose out if you order straight to go? The restaurant was super clean and the staff so friendly. I felt welcome and calm and can't wait to go back. I'm confident I could eat here early day and not get sick of it if my wallet would comply.“

“Ordered my usual salad bar and somehow I selected no lettuce. When I got there they came out and addressed it and ran back in to get me that side of lettuce. I am so thankful they questioned my selection and I didn’t get home to realize my own error. Thank you for going that extra step to keep customers happy! “My wife and I ate here on the evening of 7/24/26. Our server Asher was very professional and personable. Our prime rib and onion rings were excellent! Ordered it medium, it was delivered exactly medium. Flawless. The seasoning on the prime rib was excellent! The onion rings are huge, sweet, homemade and the best we have ever had. There is a slight up-charge to order them, but it is worth it! My wife had a pork tenderloin sandwich and she said it was awesome. The table next to us got the lighthouse nachos and they looked fantastic! We had a very good experience and would give the food a 10 out of 10! The service Asher provided us was a 10 out of 10. The bussers were very prompt at cleaning off the tables and even wiped off the chairs. We would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back soon! We had an excellent experience from the moment we were greeted until we left.. The menu was tempting to try everything but I settled for the short rib buritto breakfast, artichoke and bacon soup. next time I will try the stuffed popadews.“

“Chick-fil-A has always provided exceptional customer service, but today they reminded me why they stand out.

I brought my nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, and when we arrived our hearts sank after seeing the height restriction for the playground. We completely understood why the rule exists, but I decided to speak with the manager. After a short, friendly conversation, they showed us incredible kindness and compassion by allowing my nephew to play.

That simple act meant more than they probably realize. In the past, we’ve encountered so many places that were unwilling to listen or show any understanding of our situation. To be met with empathy instead of judgment felt like a warm embrace.

Thank you to the manager and the entire team for treating us with such kindness and respect. Great food is easy to find, but genuine compassion is much harder to come by. We’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll gladly recommend this location to others.“

I’ve been to other locations, but this location was a well run restaurant, The employees were top-notch friendly from the beginning to the end . The quality of the service and the food was 110%!
