“We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“Ok, well always had a bad opinion of this franchise. Y'all upped your game. Server/manager was great. Food was much better than I remember. Swiss mushroom burger was amazing. Place was clean and welcoming. Holy crap. Nice work. Update went tonight, Had the absolute pleasure of having Maria wait on us. I've been in the food service over 25 years. She was amazing. “This is our third time going to Osteria, for the Thursday special. Each time the streaks are amazing, prepared the way you want them. I usually need 57 sauce with a steak but the flavors are amazing that I don’t need it. The bread pudding dessert is amazing too. Definitely be going back.“

“Stopped for breakfast and so glad we did. We got the chicken fried steak meal and the French toast platter. Absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. Such a fun experience overall. Love the oldies vibe the decor brings. So cute.“
