“I ordered delivery and I asked in the requests that they please say Happy Birthday to my daughter when they deliver it, as I ordered it from work and I wasn’t there. They did tell her! And they wrote it on the boxes! It was so sweet and the pizza was a little earlier than expected as well. Always great food, but the service at the La Vista store is what always makes me want to go there, over other pizza places. They never forget the extra sauces I order as well. I can’t stand ordering and paying for an extra sauce and not getting it. Valentinos never does that! Thank you so much!“

“I would like to thank Block 16 for helping my unintentional bulking phase that lasted for 2 years when I lived downtown. This unique spot was my go-to for lunch and dinner whenever I was feeling too lazy to cook at my apartment. Beware - If you follow them on social media the temptation to head over will overwhelm you as they post their new food creations throughout the week. Some of the food posts seem like they are concocted by a mad scientist, other limited time menu items are staples in the food world, but just done better. The common theme here is everything I have ever ordered is top notch. Block 16 is one of the more unique places to eat in Omaha, and anytime I have friends from out of town ask for a recommendation, I point them this direction as a downtown option. Block 16 isn't scared to bend the rules of what french fries should be topped with and they certainly don't worry about the logistics of stuffing a full entree into a sandwich. They are lovers of food and their menu that varies throughout the month reflects that. They have some staple items that are always available but there are new things to try out almost every time you go. The only thing I could give some criticism on is dining-in can be a little tough sometimes with their setup but this is more due to the popularity of the place and limited dining space. But let's be honest, you go here for the food, not the tables.“

To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. From appetizers, salads, soup, main course and dessert- each bit was melt in your mouth deliciousness. And their drink menu is perfect for anyone's taste. “I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

When one of the members in our party told the waitress there was a peanut allergy, the manager came over to immediately check in and make sure we were accommodated and reassured us. All OGs are pretty consistent, but this location excels.“

The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day.
