I tried this place because my sister is obsessed with it, and I got a pizza called... uh... well I forget what it's called but it was named something about a pig or hog, with a lot of meat and peppers. All the menu names were pretty fun lol. The service was super fast and efficient, and it was fun that you could watch the pizza get made as you were waiting. There was plenty of seating and the place looked clean and smelled delicious. The only gripe I have is that it was expensive, being even worse per person than Chipotlé, but I suppose that's what you get when you order a whole pizza per person lol, so I can't complain too much. The pizza was delicious, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was great, and the crust was soft but not too soft, just the way I like it!“

“The manager and team made me feel so special on my birthday, minutes before closing.

I got off work late on my birthday, after working over 15 hours and drove to Olive Garden. I felt so bad walking in 5 mins before they closed to place a to go order. The place was empty and most of the servers had clocked out and were heading out the door.

I asked if it was ok to place an order and said id leave quickly. The manager didnt make me feel bad at all and said that's why they were still open. I ordered spaghetti and profusely apologized, explaining the long day and really wanting pasta for dinner. She asked me a few more questions and found out it was my birthday. She walked back to the kitchen, explaining that thr food would be ready soon. Within 3 mins, she came out with a group of workers, singing me happy birthday and presenting me with a piece of cake and lit candle. It absolutely made my day. As a military member living by myself, I otherwise wouldn't have had a birthday celebration that night. Im so thankful for the kindness shown by this location. When they easily (and understandably) couldve denied my initial order, alone, they connected with me and went out of there way to make me feel loved.“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I have to say the Avo-Cobb salad was so tasty and full of flavor! The kids decided on the pepperoni pizza and garlic bread which they devoured and loved. “So, if you are in the downtown Omaha area, and your hotel is wanting to charge you $20 for a lame breakfast buffet, I suggest going down to Manhattan's. I got the breakfast bowl and my daughter had the breakfast croissant sandwich. The bowl was $9 I believe and I could not finish it. My daughter said that was the best breakfast sandwich she had ever had. Either way, much better than the buffets at the hotel. I also got their hamburger for lunch. “We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“We spent the day at the Kiewit Luminarium Museum with our 9yo daughter and decided to just grab lunch at the cafe during our visit. Our daughter eats gluten-free for health reasons and we hadn't planned for lunch and just expected we'd have to get her a fruit cup or something. She was absolutely ecstatic to realize they have gluten-free chicken strips and their fryers are gluten free, not only that there were gluten free pastries that were super tasty. This honestly was the best part of our entire 4-day trip to Omaha for her and she begged us to go back for every meal which we were not able to do. “This was the 1st location I visited a couple weeks ago for the 1st time. I was referred to this spot from a client, bec I mentioned to them I was from Brooklyn. I was craving for a good slice or 2, and sadly when I got there I saw that slices are only sold betw 11A and 2P??? I ended up ordering a salad and garlic knots. Salad was ok. Garlic Knots delicious. Very disappointed you don’t offer slices any time of operating hours. It doesn’t matter that this is not in NYC, cause this isn’t how NYC does it. Be authentic and offer slices any time. Not sure how the pizza tastes at this location. I’ll consider going back. And it was much cleaner than the other location, and even had the authentic pizza parlor smell when I walked in. The other spot didn’t. Do better!“

“The wait staff is horribly slow, 10 minutes from when we were seated till a waiter showed up to greet us and get a drink order. they were too busy talking in the back. sat night 6pm and only at maybe 25% capacity so it was not busy, they had enough staff. The staff just doesn't care. I had to go to the bar repeatedly to get my coke refilled. The empty tables near us went unbussed for an hour. The waitstaff have no personality, no energy. it's depressing to go here. The foods fine, nothing memorable. it's just a waste of time. Management need to fire the waitstaff and start over. The only positive is a full glass of wine“

“Ordered to go - I will definitely get Noodles & Company again! I honestly wasn't expecting it to be great but it actually surprised me and was delicious! I highly recommend the pad thai with parmesan-crusted chicken breast. The pad thai was super flavorful and amazing! I will be ordering this again! My husband really enjoyed the cajun chicken fettuccine. The only thing that was disappointing at first was the chicken noodle soup (as you can see from the picture... this is not soup at all). However, the pasta dishes were so good it outweighed the soup mishap. This was still 5 stars! I'm already craving more pad thai 😋“

“A great place to eat with friends, family or a special someone. Great ambiance and our server Crystal was always checking in on us. My only two complaints was we were in weird spot. So we had to flag down some of the gauchos. Parking was my other complaint. It's not their fault we just picked one the busiest Saturday in downtown Omaha and parking was a nightmare. Next time we're leaving earlier and hope it's not game night.Other than that it was an overall great experience. I'd definitely come back here again“
