Jimmy John's in Lincoln

“I stopped in for a beach club, extra turkey, my favorite, but when I got home, there were missing ingredients. I called to let the store know & spoke with the manager, Mercedes & she was hella kind about it. Replaced my order with delivery! I appreciate her doing that b/c I wasn't able to get back to the store same-day. If you see this, Mercedes, thanks, again!“

“Had a coupon for a $3.99 regular sandwich that I redeemed today and it really hit the spot! I got the turkey and tomato sandwich with cucumbers, extra tomatoes, onions and (of course) jimmy peppers which are my favorite ?Delicious and super filling!“

“Today I thoroughly enjoyed my regular order of the veggie (#6) on wheat. Then I went to the ladies bathroom and unknowingly, but gingerly, placed my backpack down in a puddle of yellow liquid! “Oh no,” I thought. “What have I done now?” Upon smelling the wet bag, I discovered it was…Mountain Dew! I WILL be dining here again.“

“Vegetarian options: I absolutely love that I can order a sandwich wrapped in lettuce with all of the vegetables and amenities. You can't find this any other place.

Kid-friendliness: This is the best place for everyone. “

“Absolutely an amazing experience! Such a wonderful staff, you don't get people who put love into the work they do very much anymore. I had the best sandwich from Jimmy John's i've ever had from this location. The team working on 4/26/26 was stellar. Polite and helpful and they hooked it up! Thank you guys!“

“Went through drive through around 7 pm on a Friday night. 12/12/25 . Had the most amazing service. It really is nice to go through the drive thru & be greeted with someone smiling, making eye contact, and being so polite ! Makes all the difference in the world having great customer service. Even said hello to my dog & got him a treat. So nice! And our sandwiches were made with care . Thankyou for A+ service !!“

“Despite the many bad reviews, my husband and I had a good experience getting lunch here today. Their drive-thru always seems busy, so we parked and walked in to order takeout. The service was great and quick, and we love that their sandwiches can be toasted now. Fresh and delicious. 🥪“

“Let me start off with the wonderful employees who were very nice and professional from the start, helping and assisting customers with their orders and it was actually really busy when I arrived. The sandwiches were freshly made and prepared just perfect that they were actually better than I was expecting. Overall great experience at this location in Lincoln and don’t mind coming back again when I’m back in town. The dine in area of the restaurant was very clean and well maintained.“
