My family loves popeyes this location has good service and fresh food
So I placed an order thru the app and I guess some glitch happened. When I got to store I showed my emails showing I not only paid for my food, but paid 3x. I showed the manager Veronica everything. She told me that glitches happen all the time but she was going to try to help the best she could. She got my food to me and told me to call the CS tomorrow when they are open about the triple charge. She was very helpful and sweet. Only down side was the chicken wasn’t as fresh...read full review
Check your bags before you leave the drive through. We have been shorted twice on chicken and mashed potatoes. The food is expensive. I don't want to get shorted on anything. I will be going to a different location.They evidently don't pay attention to what people are ordering or they don't care!
