“Address is listed in Valparaiso because apparently Touhy is too small. Tuffy's is, in fact, in Touhy. The atmosphere is pure small town Americana. Interior is interesting with the front and back sections of a truck and cars on the wall. Burgers are large and very tasty. Prices are reasonable.“
