“Like you would expect, Madsen's is a good, wholesome bar and grill. Food and service gets a 5 star review. Got the burger and chicken sandwich. Wife gave a 3 thumbs up on the chicken sandwich... good portion... nice and juicy, etc. Go there.“

“The buffalo ribeye medium rare was crazy good. One of the top 5 steaks I’ve had anywhere. The homemade salads on the salad bar were delicious and even the mixed vegetable side was way beyond what one typically associates with mixed vegetables.

Oh and beautiful sunset views of the Platte River.“

“What a treat! Was looking for a place to grab ice cream and decided to give it a try. Boy was it worth it! Cinnamon ice cream by the scoop, Halloween decor to the max, and even antiques for sale at garage sale prices! My boys loved the animatronic werewolf, chocolate chip ice cream and two parks in walking distance. Even from Omaha we may make a special trip back a few times a year!“

“The lodge is great and inviting, the restaurant has been revamped and is serving great food now. I had the double cheeseburger and man it was good. I am going to reserve a cabin this year here and enjoy the ambiance. I suggest you all do the same.“

“Shout out to Brian and Team with BW'S Pub & Grill and Main Street Grub for catering our Channel Nebraska appreciation dinner on 8/21. The steak sandwiches, cheese potatoes, sweet chili green beans, and salad were spot on and enjoyed by all of our guests. We finished the meal with Dave’s Cakes of Omaha cupcakes, and again savored by all in attendance. Thanks to you all for making our meal amazing! Highly recommend for anyone to consider when planning a catered meal!“

“Stopped in on Saturday night the place smelt a little funky but tolerable we ordered drinks the beer was good and cold we ordered the half pound burgers they were also very good ...staff was friendly and speedy ...my only complaint would be the loud mouth couples sitting right in the middle of the bar talking so loud we had to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times I know she felt like her hands were tied to say anything to them but someone in management should have probably said something ....I know we will go back because they had something on the menu we really want to try .“
