The club sandwich was excellent. Our order was 100% correct. North Platte is fortunate to have this dining option!
We stopped for dinner on a Saturday evening. The food was delicious and the servers were very pleasant and efficient.

Chick-fil-A in North Platte receives mixed reviews. Many customers report consistently friendly servers, quick service, and delicious food like the chicken sandwich, fries, small Oreo shake, Kale Crunch Salad, and Grilled Chicken Nuggets, calling the experience great, fabulous, and fantastic. They note efficient drive-thru service even with many cars and normal Chick-fil-A service.
However, some experiences at this location have not met normal Chick-fil-A standards. Negative points include very small and overdone chicken strips, dry chicken, a stale bun, and fries that were too dark. On two separate trips, customers experienced long wait times in the drive-thru, including one wait of over thirty minutes. The floors and tables have been noted as kind of messy. While some staff were friendly and smiled, one order-taker did not smile or sound enthused. One reviewer hopes for training and improvements, while another believes past issues have been corrected.
