The employee Kenneth is a phenomenal employee, attentive, helpful, and kind when customers come in to order. The restaurant is known for its great service, and one customer visits it every day, loving it every time. However, there are some issues with the delivery timing not always aligning with the customer's preferences, and one customer had observed employees with unprofessional behavior in the past.
