Decided to give Alpine Inn a try as my 11 year old son wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We’ve seen the reviews and recommendations. I get the set up as a dive location, we wanted that, don’t mind the cash only concept. However your staff is the issue. Your host is not a host, he’s just going through the motions. Just moved from Chicago to Omaha and have been told this was the spot for experience and food. Day 2 in Omaha we had to check it out! Food was delicious, large portions none of us could finish for a very fair price! Food took a minute but that is no bother when you have the cutest raccoons for entertainment. Service was awesome! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, even made friends with the table next to us.
