“First time that my family and I have been to Let it fly.

The pork sandwich was recommended by A, good family friend, and that’s what I ordered.
It was absolutely delicious. Very tasteful and I loved the coleslaw. It added a perfect touch.
The restaurant is clean, along with the bathrooms, and loved the atmosphere with all of the TV.
We were greeted right we walked in the door with a smile.
Our waitress, Brittany, was right on point.
She asked us right away what we would like to drink.
She was quick, patient, and efficient!
We had a wonderful experience.
We will definitely return“

“My family just ate there for brunch on Sunday, the food was absolutely amazing, the waitress was so sweet. We ordered so many things from the menu and every single thing was delicious and great presentation. Outdoor patio was beautiful and clean to set at. I would highly recommend.“

As with any restaurant sometimes you’ll get something that isn’t quite right and they always seem to take care of their customers 5/5 stars! “Our group ate here after an event. Part of our order wasn’t put in and when staff were alerted, they immediately made our order priority. When they brought out our food they also gave us a gift card with and apologized profusely! It was very kind of them! We weren’t upset because they were so busy during a Husker game and working hard, but it was definitely appreciated! It was our first time eating here and the staff and food were great! I was impressed by the positivity that Haley behind the bar was able to maintain she was able to handle a busy rush all by herself as if she was immune to pressure and with a smile and kindness she rocked everyones night. her character speaks volumes,work ethic is prestigious, and is knowledgeable beyond her years. “My experience at the casual pint was all about beer. Sorry I can't comment on the food.

For beers on tap I was able to find all the info I needed to make my decisions. I tried three darker beers. All of their selections were good. I did get help from a barkeep on a pumpkin ale. He was spot on. One of the best. It made me feel like they select their tap beer on quality.

Besides the tap beer they have a ridiculous amount of beer cans and bottles either for take away or in house consumption.

Excellent experience on a Friday afternoon. It made me wonder where other casual pints exist. I'm hoping one comes to South KC.“

“What a fantastic little joint! Dare I say iconic to the Benson area! There is a wide variety of both beers and spirits. The decor is this marriage of old school and new school with a smattering of rock & roll! The owner is one of the best humans on the planet. Ask him about going to his cousins 16th birthday party 100 years ago and he’ll have quite the story for ya!“

The cider itself was diverse in flavor and incredibly well-done; nothing was overly saccharine nor putrid. “I love Martini's & this place was on my list for my bday on 12/15 - yes I know its not open on Sun, so my plan was to go on Sat the 14th. Weather interfered w ice storm on Fri 13th, so Sat night was super packed & i wasn't able to even get in....no biggie, went to Roxxy n had a blast! Fast forward to my bff coming out from NY n here for Christmas n we decided to go out on 12/28 n try again & yay we were able to finally get in! The place is so elegant n beautiful & has a very classy comfortable feeling to it - I knew I would 💜 it! At the bar talking about my quest n fail of trying to come here for my bday a few weeks ago, sitting next to me was the bar manager Carmen - she said she'd buy me a shot n I was like "oh cool", I never saw it so thought she was just being nice n a totally forgot n I thought 'its ok, no biggie"....then I go to pay my bill & turns out she picked up my 1st round of drinks - so extremely super sweet of her & I appreciated that n her so much. Huge THANK YOU to her & bartender Sophia for making my visit w my bff rock & an awesome experience!“
