Horrible customer service. They messed up a sandwich and when we returned to have them fix it they gave us the 3rd degree because they couldn't just be "giving out free sandwiches." When I called the store to make a complaint to the manager, we found out that John, the General Manager is who we had dealt with. Someone needs to provide some customer service training. Was that worth losing our business forever @jimmyjohns ? I sure hope so...
The people at this Jimmy John's are EXTREMELY RUDE. Last night we went through the Jimmy John's drive-thru at 84th and Frederick. We ordered sandwiches and I put mine in the fridge until this afternoon. Instead of the beach club I ordered (turkey, provolone, avocado) it turned out to be a ham sandwich. It was labeled 12 which is the number for a beach club, but it was obviously the wrong sandwich. I decided to go back and get the sandwich I actually ordered. I explained at the...read full review
I have to say that I'm very disappointed with this location. We ordered a few weeks ago with delivery they had to come to our house 3 times and a hour later and still had our order wrong. Today they kept questioning my order in the drive thru. Once again our order was wrong and they forgot our straws.
