McDonald's in Omaha

“It's a McDonald's. The reason for 4 Stars is because half the time they fill your drink when they bring it out. The other half they just bring you an empty cup then you have to get up and fill it. They need to figure it out before they take away the self serve drinks.“

“I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are friendly, the lady at the counter asked if I needed a drink carrier, while handing me my packs of cookies which were super fresh and I didn't even request them to be! ??Thank you guys, keep it up!!“

“The app is the way to go.
Walk in sit down and order and they bring it out to you.
I only had one day where it was so busy that I had to go to the counter, but I seen the school bus in the parking lot so should have known better.“

“I had not been inside a McDonald's in a few years. Everything seems to be streamlined to using kiosks to order & pay for your food. I had a bit of trouble finding what I wanted, & would guess that some older folks would have troubles too. I chose to pay with cash & had to wait a while for someone to help me. They bring everything out to you on a tray. You only have to get ketchup packets or a refill of your drink. The table area was very clean & tidy.

Parking: Super busy during lunch hour.“

“This was the first time my husband and I had been to this location. To start off with, the staff came and held both doors for us to come in as I am on crutches. As we were ordering at the chaos another staff came to ask if I was OK. We got everything ordered and then found a seat. Our food was delivered in a timely manner by a very sweet staff member. The food was hot and fresh. A crew member came and checked if everything was OK. This is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. I am highly impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the crew members that work here. We are for sure making this our new restaurant.“

“We had visited this location on 7-15-2024,I was very impressed of how friendly the staff was and how one of the workers Alven,was nice and helped us at the kiosk because we were having some issues,he was nice about it and did excellent service.the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and tasted good.“

“We really liked this McDonald's! It was clean & the employees were all very nice. It was comfortable with cushioned seats. The food came out just as I had ordered with customizations. I would definitely recommend this location at 13708 Q St in Omaha.“

“McDonald’s on 40th is the bomb.com!!! The guy working the window Ali deserves the biggest shout out!! He went above and beyond making sure my food was hot and all correct (which means so much because I always have to check the bag to make sure they aren’t missing anything at my normal location lol) as well as making sure the cookies I ordered were fresh out the oven. Ali was so sweet and friendly really serving up smiles and laughter as well as HOT FRESH food!!! GET THIS GUY A RAISE!!!! Will definitely be making 40th my new go to location!! Thank you Ali!!!!“

“Stopped in at 11:45pm on Saturday night and the crew was super friendly and energetic and the food was freshly made and delicious. We had just got back from a flight and were heading home and very tired. They made our night and all the pain from the day of traveling go away. Great job to those crew members for being awesome“

“My family of seven was in this evening and I wanted to write a review solely on Mely's customer service. Although it was out of control busy she noticed I was waiting to place my order at the register, she took it but was patient with me while still trying to wrap my head around our large order. Then we were missing a few items so I went up to the counter and she got to me as soon as she could and got me them. She was helpful and friendly. Thanks Mely“

“I consistently come here, and compared to all other McDonald’s in the city, debatably the state cuz I have always had really poor experiences in Lincoln. The workers always have a great attitude and they always get you right through. If you are in a hurry this is the spot! They need to model the other locations on this one. Keep it up“

“This is the only McDonald's left that I'm aware of that still has the jungle gym area inside for kids to play in. So it's a go too when I have my little ones. Some of the staff here is really nice and some of the staff here is average at best. The food is usually fresh at this location.“

“7-16-26 drive-thru was quick in spite of being lunch time. Food was well stacked not nearly a sloppy as most McDonald's. The staff was friendly, and did a good job.

Went through the drive-thru they missed my apple pie that I asked for. I was able to get it added at the first window. The sandwiches were made a bit sloppy, could have been better. But that's about normal. The parking lot needs some work. Overall not horrible but could definitely be improved.“

“Sorry I can't comment on the atmosphere as I never go inside I'm always using the drive-thru after work.
I place my order in the app get a call out code drive-thru telling the code get the meal right away. For McDonald's fair it's pretty standard and no surprises I always get what I ordered.“

“Came here for a quick bite the other day and it was actually better than I expected. The place was clean, and the staff seemed pretty chill even during the rush. Ordered a burger and fries, and everything came out hot and fresh, which doesn’t always happen at fast food spots lol. Fries were a little salty but still good. Service was fast enough, didn’t have to wait too long. Prices are decent for what you get. Not the fanciest place or anything, but it gets the job done and I’d probly come back again.“

“Absolutely stunning restraunt prices are great and the burgers are amazing! I was accidentally given a wrong burger which is fine but it was replaced with a McCracken and I was able to keep the burger. Hear me out. I am highly autistic and they treated me fantastically. There was lots of pee on the bathroom floor but this was made up by the amazing service of the workers. There were a few people here eating some sort of mushroom which was offered and I enjoyed and somehow after consuming it my burger started talking to me“

“placed an order for a mobile pick up with a code, and the app somehow took my points and didnt place the order with my free medium fries. I called the location, at first it was little back and forth to get an understanding of what was going on for both parties. the manager there was very helpful, she very kind, and helped me get what i order despite the app messing up. NO OTHER mcdonalds has ever been this nice, helpful, or understanding. It really made me decide which location ill be going to more often!!! thank you!“
