“I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are friendly, the lady at the counter asked if I needed a drink carrier, while handing me my packs of cookies which were super fresh and I didn't even request them to be! ??Thank you guys, keep it up!!“

“I had not been inside a McDonald's in a few years. Everything seems to be streamlined to using kiosks to order & pay for your food. I had a bit of trouble finding what I wanted, & would guess that some older folks would have troubles too. I chose to pay with cash & had to wait a while for someone to help me. They bring everything out to you on a tray. You only have to get ketchup packets or a refill of your drink. The table area was very clean & tidy.

Parking: Super busy during lunch hour.“

“I eat at McDonald's most mornings. I have been trying to get McDonald's to fix their app for almost a year so I can order a Bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sub Canadian Bacon. I have found a way around the issue but I have to pay more for my sandwich. I find it worth it because ordering it is usually a hassle and is wrong some of the time. The wonderful woman at the window handed me my bag, frowned, and said, "Are you not able to sub Canadian Bacon in the app? You were way overcharged ordering it that way " I smiled and said. "Thank you for noticing." She promised she would bring it up with her management. She had no idea that she made my day just recognizing the issue because everyone else (including McDonald's corporate) has ignored my issue. (I filled out a survey every day for two months) So they made it that you can only fill out 5 surveys. LOL! Thank you for brightening one morning.“

“We are really satisfied with the service here at McDonald’s. Tiana is an excellent manager. there are so many other McDonald’s restaurant could take her advice. She’s very kind and sweet. She looks around for anything and everything that’s out of place and she corrects it. We only come to this McDonald’s in Elkhorn because of this reason and because of people like Tiana.“

“We had visited this location on 7-15-2024,I was very impressed of how friendly the staff was and how one of the workers Alven,was nice and helped us at the kiosk because we were having some issues,he was nice about it and did excellent service.the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and tasted good.“

“Hit drive thru late. Told to go to 1st window but nobody there to take my money, waited a bit and went to the next window. Got my food and told to have a nice night, asked that guy if they would like me to pay. Told him nobody around the other window so have him my card and paid. I'm not the guy to drive off without paying, but it's also not necessarily my job to make sure you are doing yours. Food was expected McDonald's quality, hot and fresh and tasty.“

“I ordered breakfast food and it was fine but my friend went through the drive-thru at this location a couple days later someone had taken a bite out of it! She did go back and they replaced the sandwich but I think they should have given her a free sandwiches in addition to that“

“Ol’ McDonalds, Well I usually stick to McDonald’s breakfast, and I have to say, it’s one of my favorite ways to start the day. Their oatmeal is fantastic, creamy and comforting, and I can’t get enough of their coffee—rich and flavorful, it really hits the spot. My go-to is the simple egg sandwich with a round egg (no folded egg for me, please!), a slice of melted cheese, all nestled on a warm biscuit. It’s the perfect breakfast combination!

When it comes to their french fries, they are definitely the best out there, but I wouldn’t call them the absolute winner of all fries. To get them at their peak, I recommend ordering them without salt. That way, they cook them fresh, and if you can wait about three minutes, you’ll get that perfect batch. Just sprinkle on some salt afterward, and you’ve got a great side to complement your meal. Personally, I enjoy a fish sandwich or a spicy McChicken with my fries.

One thing I’ve noticed is that McDonald’s has some of the best-tasting soda, with just the right amount of carbonation. It’s a little touch that enhances the meal. Also, don’t forget to use the app to collect points for free food and drinks—it’s a nice bonus!

However, I’ve had mixed experiences with service. Sometimes it’s great, but other times it can be a bit lacking. One area for improvement is the drive-through timing. It always feels rushed, which can be stressful. It would be nice if they could slow it down a bit, allowing customers to safely retrieve their orders without feeling hurried.

“This McDonald's is located in NW Omaha just Southwest of 168th St and West Maple. Very nice and clean, including the restrooms 🚻 👌. Basically the standard McDonald's menu items 👌. Friendly and helpful staff 👍 very courteous 😉 . The only slight drawback is access. But well worth the little extra maneuvering 🚗 Today I tried the $5 value meal 😋 👌 🍔🐔🍟🥤 it will fill you up 👍😉 plenty of parking available and wheelchair ♿️ accessible ramp👨‍🦽👩‍🦽“

“I walked into the store to order. I immediately felt welcomed. The employees on first shift (9-5-24) @ 10:30am were very positive, happy, upbeat and willing to help. Everyone had a smile on their face. The manager did a great job and keeping his employees going and in a posivite environment. His engry he have off was incredible. “Absolutely stunning restraunt prices are great and the burgers are amazing! I was accidentally given a wrong burger which is fine but it was replaced with a McCracken and I was able to keep the burger. Hear me out. I am highly autistic and they treated me fantastically. There was lots of pee on the bathroom floor but this was made up by the amazing service of the workers. There were a few people here eating some sort of mushroom which was offered and I enjoyed and somehow after consuming it my burger started talking to me“

“Don't bother asking anyone that works there anything about the Mobile App! Had issues trying to pay on the app with 3 different cards that I knew could cover it. Place the same order except I wasn't getting my large french fries for free. Was told to give a code and they could ring up the order at the window. Got up to the window and asked where the code was but the lady at the window wasn't sure and the manager came over and he didn't know either. So I ended up paying full price for the fries.“
