“It's a good place to get a quick bite to eat and a drink. Staff are quiet, no common courtesy when entering the establishment but friendly if you (the customer) inniciate an interaction/conversation. I think that if the staff would acknowledge the customers coming in, then the atmosphere would be more pleasant....but overall a good location.“
“If you ever plan to eat at Panera, I would suggest you go out of your way to dine at this location. Got an order for takeout. Didn’t realize until I got home that the sandwich was missing chicken. Headed back to the store just wanting to get a refund for the sandwich. The gentleman who had originally taken my order behind the counter not only gave me my money back, but had them make another sandwich for me at no charge. While I was waiting for the sandwich, he brought over a few cookies for me to take home to my family. That is the kind of Customer Service that builds a business. Thank you!!“
“Ordered through the app. Since it was the morning on a Friday, they seemed to be busy with bagel orders. They swapped what I ordered with a different flavor and even gave me a cookie with a sweet note! Overall, enjoyable experience and just shows there’s a great team there. Thank you!!“
“My order was made right, but the quality of the meat used in the sandwich has gone down hill. What bothered me most was seeing this young woman working so hard that she seemed a little overwhelmed to the point of frustration. It's just food. Everybody needs it, so they're going to wait for it. Management needs to encourage their associates to take a deep breath, and move at a speed for quality rather than quantity. Let's do it right the first time and stay organized. I have never seen someone get fired or written up in fast food because they moved too slowly if they're still making an effort and producing quality products with few complaints. Window times should be ignored. Management who are continuously disappointed should reconsider their expectations—that's their problem to figure out. Just show up on time, have a good attitude and everyone will be just fine!Food. The food at all Panera Bread locations is becoming gross and over processed. I've stopped eating at them in California, and now I don't know that I'll come back here except for the occasional bowl of soup when I want to get out and into the psuedo-cafe environment.“
“Everything was excellent! The only reason I am unable to give a 5 star review is because their expresso and latte machines were broken. But the employee was very apologetic and very nice. The scone was delicious and fresh. Because they didn't have what I wanted, she allowed me to get a different drink at no charge. I will be back to try again.“
“I've been going to Panera semi frequently since they opened in Omaha. I got a Green Goddess Caprese Melt sandwich with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup this time and everything was made really well and was delicious! Of course I also had to have the iced green tea, which as usual was tasty and refreshing. The employees were nice, though quite slow with everything that particular day. The sit by the fireplace was nice on a cool evening. ?Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and can change ingredients around to create your own options.Parking: Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances.“
