We came in to eat and my 5 year old said she wanted sour cream and after the employee put it on, my daughter said no sour cream. I said I would just have that meal. Ester rang us up, offered to get me something else, and was so kind because she could tell I was frustrated. As we were eating, she came up and asked if I was sure I didn’t want something else. She was sweet to my daughters and me! She had no idea that I’ve had a rough week, but simply being nice made my day better!...read full review
Qdoba is always good. At this particular location the manager was active waiting on people and being very friendly and charming. She was quite accommodating and cheerful.The atmosphere is just the same as any other Qdoba, but both the manager and the other employee who waited on us elevated the entire experience.
