The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and provide quick service, though some locations may need additional employees to manage the drive-thru efficiently. Customers appreciate the consistency across different branches, but suggest updating the system to allow tipping via card.
The staff is generally pleasant, with only rare instances of employees seeming unhappy. Customers enjoy the easy access with both sides of the drive-thru always open and available. The baristas make delicious hot and cold drinks, and the menu includes a nice selection of side treats, such as breakfast burritos and mini donuts.
One customer particularly enjoyed the service from a lovely young lady, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Another customer had a "fantastic experience" with the staff, including Maddy, who was described as incredible and friendly. The unique layout of this particular Scooter's location, where customers can order and receive their drinks from the same window without needing to pull around, was also appreciated.
