“My fiancé made reservations for my birthday! It was super special! We sat at the bar until our table was ready! The bartender was awesome! Super knowledgeable and it was apparent she loved her job! When we were seated at our table, we were seated at the Brother’s table room. Each room has a different theme. The setting was very intimate and romantic. I ordered the Filet Sebastian and Jeremy ordered the New York Pepper Strip. The meals were AMAZING! The adult drinks were yummy and for dessert, we ordered the flamming baked Alaska! Everything was perfect and our waitress was super friendly! It was the best Birthday dinner I ever had! I would recommend this restaurant a million times over! You will not be disappointed! Thank you to all of the staff that made my birthday dinner special!“

I had a burger, done exactly how I like it (rare). Fries were good, too. Onion rings appetizer was very good. My wife had a grilled chicken strawberry salad which she enjoyed.\nThe service was outstanding! Our server Yolanda was friendly, capable and attentive. Their new manager also introduced himself to us and made sure we were satisfied. Very much! “The food is so good!! Whether you order a steak, salad, fish,or burger you won’t be disappointed.
On the day we went to this location in Omaha. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. We seated right away and we were sitting for about 8 to 10 minutes before our server acknowledged us and said he would be right back. Five or six minutes later, he comes back to take our drink order. We’ve had long enough to decide what we were going to order to eat and place that order at the same time as our drinks. It took several minutes for him to get back and drop off our drinks. The server was very friendly. He was polite however, in my opinion, he was slow. The restaurant was not busy at that time, the rush-hour was over. I had asked for a military discount on my meal, which is a gift that this restaurant offers. The server was going to amend the ticket so we can pay and leave. It took so long for him to get back. I finally just used the kiosk on the table.

Once again, the food was great. The atmosphere was great we seated immediately. Our server was very friendly in my opinion only it just took too long to get waited on to get our server to come back and follow through with our orders.“

“The environment was great. It wasn’t super loud. Our waitress Shelby was very friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. They did mess up my fillet which was supposed to be medium, but it came well done. David came by to apologize and reassuring us that they were fixing the mistake. We had told him that it was our five year anniversary And thought we would go there for the first time. The customer service I felt was exceptional. They even gave us a card with signatures for our five year anniversary, which was very touching that they were thoughtful enough to do that. I would highly highly recommend. Such a great experience from start to finish. Now I cannot wait to taste the desserts that we took to go.“

“A friend and I dined at Cascio's on Thanksgiving. It was insanely busy, you could sense the pressure the staff was under. They held up wonderfully and provided us with excellent, genuinely friendly service. Ashley was charming. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff. They were working their rear ends off. We had filet mignon and chicken parm, both were delicious. Cascio's is a classic Omaha destination for a reason. Cheers!“

We ask for Logan B. as our server. Logan is knowledgeable about the menu items and wine selections. His friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency make him an excellent server.“
