Order said it was ready and pick up at counter for take out. I waited an additional 5 minutes and finally someone on the back line looked up at the counter and I asked about my food (lady had just come back from break), and she didn't say a word.... she just pointed to the drive thru window. What? I need to go to the drive thru instead of what my order stated? Pick up? She turned around and not another word was said. 5 minutes after that, the drive thru guy brings my order up...read full review

My wife went through the drive through at this location. The staff was asking her personal questions, regarding her occupation. I would love to know what that has to do with fulfilling an order at Taco Bell. Do they do something different with the food, depending on what one does for a living? It seems like a privacy issue that the franchise owner needs to address. We will not be going to this location any longer.
