“It's been my experience that the drive-thru is pretty terrible. I've gotten stuck waiting for over 5 minutes to place my order when I was the only person in line.

But if you go inside, they're usually pretty quick and I think it's a lot faster (and at the least wastes less gas) than using the drive-thru.

Food is mediocre, but the prices are better than anywhere else, so I can't complain.

“My girlfriend is vegetarian and when I asked if they had vegetarian runzas the girl manager said that all vegetarians are are going to hell and I was too fat to be eating at runza anyway. I would not go back.

“Judged purely against its peers, this is the best BK I've eaten at in Omaha for sure and measures up well against other fast food franchises as well. The associates are always friendly and accommodating, even when they're swamped, and the food is generaply prepared/assembled with more care than the average fast food joint, i.e. no smushed buns; wonky patties; old chx fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs; etc.“

“My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal and had a wonderful experience. I had an orginal Runza and he had Swiss cheese Runza, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well lit. There was handicapped accessibility both inside and out. Again we had a wonderful experience.“
